First, Read all the reviews you can stomach posted on ******* they are still relevant to this day, even the ones that are 5 years old.And CAUTION! Be prepared to "walk on eggshells" with no clarity of billing, insurance knowledge, and very late prescription refills.I'd like to add in when I try to ask questions to clarify easier and to please talk with me like a decent human being instead of reading a text book scrip, communication between ******* ********** and patient, the office staff repeated back to me verbatim "We are not allowed to say anything more."After hearing their staff repeat arrogance and ignorance of insurance policies, I try to salvage communication with repeating back to them, "I don't understand. please rephrase, clarify. and please help me understand" I get blank stare back.I read almost all the reviews and I'm not surprised by the treatment I got from all the office staff. My only conclusion that makes any sense has to be inferred with reading between the lines of a lot of nepotism and power trips.Let the record show, My physical and mental health is much more important than being forced to deal with these arrogant and no compassion office staff. Plus half the nurses seem disinterested in aid with sincerity. These people seemed like they were just there for a paycheck. To them, I say save yourself student loans and stay in a retail job, because your bed side manner is sub par.I terminate my patient status with this staff. We cannot even part cordial ways with no refill of my thyroid hormone medicine nor my adhd medicine.
