    had our drains snaked and the guy told us there was mud on the snake and we'ld have to contact a plumbing company because he didn't do that kind of work. We called joe ******* and got them to come out march 12 th. They ran a camera and couldn't get it through because it was falling in a hole. They charged me $180 that day and said they need to jet the line and would need to come back. They came back on March 21st to jet the line. They were unable to complete this because the pipes were broken. They charged me $475.00. They said they would be back again after they gave us an estimate. The guy told me they would have to line the pipes and connect it with new pipes. They told me it wasn't something that needed to be done right away because our line wasn't backing up before they ever came the first time. We decided to go ahead and get it done because we didn't want further problems. They came on april 5th and jack hammered my floor and were unable to complete it that day. It is now two weeks later and they still have not come back. They told me it's because their lining people were booked up for over a month. If their lining people were booked up for a month they should have never scheduled to jackhammer my floor on the april 5th, knowing they couldn't come back to line it for a month, which they knew was going to need to be done. I would have been fine waiting a month for them to come jackhammer in the first place because they specifically told me it didn't need to be done right away. My entire house is now a sand box because they just left two mountians of dirt. I'm unable to use my kitchen sink dishwasher and washer. I have called many times and they say is the owner will come sometime this week. I just need this done. Everything in my house is now covered in the dirt they just left laying on my kitchen floor. I would recommend this company finding new people to do their scheduling and dispatching as they are very rude and don't do their jobs well.

    Fraudulent billing. Charged for service and mileage (legitimate). But also charged hourly for multiple hours, for 2 different employees to come to zero resolve. Had to find another company (which correctly charged for service only) found the issue within 15 minutes and fixed the issue. Non-ethical billing and quite frankly, cant detect obvious leaks

    We pressured up the jets and overflow and they both held we also listened with a microphone and couldn't hear anything, but the wind was very loud we also pushed dye around the spa light and got no result of leaking. There were a total of 3 hours that he was not charged for the 2 technicians. We finally billed him due to we left multiple voicemails with no return phone call. I did text ******* on multiple occassions and even gave him our owner's phone number for him to call because it seemed everytime that our owner tried calling him he stated he never had a missed call or a voicemail, but the number always worked when texting him. He never called our owner and left him a voicemail. ******* did state that he was working in the OR and has poor reception. Our owner called multiple times prior to us having him pay the invoice (at different times of the day). Our owner also told ******* what would need to be done for our return and ******* never called us back to let us know anything. We locate pool and slab leaks for multiple other companies in ******* and surrounding areas. We do not do fraudulent billing. I asked him to call our owner on mulitple occassions so that he would be happy, and this didn't happen. We mailed the invoice multiple times with no phone call from ******* that he was unhappy until after multiple mailings of the invoice. On April 10th our owner called *******. No return phone call on April 19th I texted ******* to let him know that our owner had called him. ******* responded with "Never got a message from him. I'll pay it, but just don't think it's right charging for the service, plus $570 in labor to not find anything, when another company charged for the service and found the leak within 15 minutes. I've had tons of plumbing, electric, and other service calls and haven't seen a charge like this before." I responded with "JoeD' ************ I was just following up and on the invoice that is what he wrote. I'm not sure. I want you to be happy if you don't mind calling him." I did not receive another text from *******, on May 17th I texted "****' just tried calling you and did not get an answer." ********* response "Phone did not ring. But I'm in the OR of the hospital and rarely get service in here." On May 20th I received this text from ******* "If he called, he didn't leave a VM. I'm just going to pay it today and close it out even though I feel it's 100% wrong," and this was the last I heard from him.
