Didn't call before showing up. Would not let me talk to a supervisor. Not getting what the salesman told me. Have to wait for someone to call me back. This is a bad company false advertisementReview from Mark M

I was contacted by a Vexus employee and partner offering me a $50 internet service to persuade me to change from my current provider, ATT. They informed me that the price would be effective for a period of one year and then scale up to $60 per month. I was informed that I would get to devices that would provide me with much better coverage throughout my home. Great! Ill take it. The following day I received a text message informing me that my first payment of $70.82. When I contacted the office for an explanation, I was told they forgot to mention that there is a $10 charge each month for connection and $10 per month to rent the devices that enable the internet service. I could by my own router I was told but , in that case, they would be unable to assist me with any issues.A total scam and deceptive marketing practices. STAY AWAY FROM VEXUS

My Vexus service was turned off in January. In March I received a bill for $73.00. I called and asked why and they said that it was still active in their computer till March so I have to pay the bill even though I could not use it. The whole time I had service it was very slow and would go off continuously. When the service guy came out and was checking connections he doesn't more time standing there watching Let's Make A Deal than working. I give them no stars.Review from Brock L

Gave a discount for the install. Came when they said they would. Havent had any problems with service in the two months we have had it.
