  Do not buy from this dealership general manager ************************* is a fraud I was approved over the phone no license just texes ID they took my money 4500 $over the phone went back to sign the next day for my vehicle turn me down some how on that vehicle ! When I was approved already! when it was approved a day before ! felt like they forced me to buy something else drove 200 miles transmission started kicking hasn't been 24 hours yet and he said I cannot help you not want nothing to do with me he told me they already got paid he does not care looking farther in too my unhappy unwanted situation not One customer care appreciation at all !!!!truck has hail damage dents high mileage but they hit me with $30,000 I told him I do not want this truck he says it's yours we got paid I'm mad unhappy fill i got took advantaged of my kindness now stuck with this vehicle that's unwanted big bill to pay and an unsatisfied forced to buy customer customer I will never recommend or buy from Shift Automotive Group ever ?? ??

  DO NOT BUY CARS FROM HERE! 3 days after driving off lot check engine light turned on; went into limp ********** not go faster than 55mph After haggling back n forth w/ sales rep he told me to bring it in on day 6. Same day he returned car saying it was just stored codes from prev mechanical work. Even after showing them the code was saying high fuel pressure, he reassured me they fixed issue. Next day light came on Day 9 he tried to tell me to use warranty After going up there 2 speak w/ owner they took car in for repairs I bought this car May 6th. June 3rd they called 2 say car was done. drove off ******** wld not shift out of 4th gear n wld only go 55mph. Told them code says low fuel pressure. They did not want to see any proof. I returned ********** ran their own codes that said the same thing, gave me a loaner that already had the check engine light on Told me top cam shaft needed to be replaced due to faulty fuel pump causing damages 6 weeks later I received a call from mechanic telling me car was fixed HOWEVER one of THEIR mechanics backed into back ************ took it to a collision center They reassured me it wld be taken care of never told me who they took it to n was very vague abt what was happening w/ car Never called for update 2 wks later loaner car began 2 overheat n was not deiveable so the dealership picked the loaner up. I decided then 2 figure out where my car was tried to call ********************************* shop but no one would give me any info I had my car connected 2 my MyFord app n cross referenced address 2 find collision center ************* told me they cld not legally touch car bc no insurance paperwork had be left n no keys Called mechanic shop they gave me the insurance info come 2 find out mechanic had no coverage had 2 file a claim thru my ins. Picked car up while I waited 4 repair parts car was worse leaking coolant going into limp mode daily light still eliminated and now not running lost out on **** dep 3- 520/mo pymts SCAMMERS!!!
