Hello,
Our hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 10am-4pm central standard time. We are closed Friday, Sat and Sun. Mr ************** placed an order on Monday the 22ed with free 7-10 day shipping. Our first email from him was on Friday the 26th when we are closed. I responded to him first thing Monday morning that it was shipping that day. I never got a phone call or a response to any of my emails. I saw this BBB complaint were he wants a refund so I issued his refund the same day. Please see screenshots.

I purchased a set of center caps (4), on 06/07/2023 order #CCD76040, in which I haven't found any shipping updates since 06/08/2023. I've tried to call and email to the contact information provided, but no response. I paid 319.96$ I wanted my money back but there charging a 25% fee plus shipping and handling on the amount. The number that was given is a dead end, NO ONE EVER ANSWERS, I got lucky and talk to a operator one time, inwich she said," The postal service lost the order." This place is a scam just like everybody else has said. I spent $250 on a center cap which they build my credit card 10 days ago and still have not sent out my order. I've been trying to call them everyday for the last 5 days and no answer. The phone just rings and rings and ************ have sent an email to both their contact email and a response to the confirmation email they sent me and both of them are returned back to me. Buyers need to beware not to purchase anything from this company. I don't think they exist. They're a bunch of thieves and now I have to get my credit card company involved to dispute the chargeInitial Complaint

In May of 2022, I ordered a center cap from their website. Part # TPI-IJ-510 Cragar Wheel Center. On the 6th, I saw the money come out of my account. The amount was $232.05. I received an email with the tracking number stating I should receive the part on the 14th. However, the 14th came and went with no package. I clicked on the tracking number ***********) and found out that they and not even packaged the part for delivery. I kept checking every few days with the same result.So, I emailed on June 20th. I received no reply.On multiple occasions I have tried calling them. You can only call between 10AM to 4PM, Monday-Thursday. Ordered 1 center cap for $250 after shipping and handling on 1/18. On 1/19 website showed a tracking number and stated expected delivery date was in 5-7 days. Its been 8 days and although the label has been created the package has still not been handed over to the shipping carrier! Ive tried calling ***** times at various times throughout the day over the last 4 days. Nobody answers the phone. I sent an email through the website and it bounced back as undeliverable. Im starting to think this is fraud and that the company is no longer in business but still taking peoples money.Initial Complaint

I placed an online order for qty 4 center wheel caps through this business. The wheel caps are not the correct size for my vehicle. I simply wanted to request an RMA # to send the product back or find the correct product. However, the business will not answer their phone...nor can I access through any avenue a live person to speak to over the phone.I have called and emailed several ways and my email has either been rejected for a bad email address (which is listed on the invoice) or not replied to. I am now outside my refund window most likely but still want to return my product for a credit. On 10/13/22 I made a online purchase of 1 center cap order number CCD74711 from Center Caps Direct. I received a email the same day stating that I would receive a email notifying me when the Item was shipped & that shipment would be handled by **** I received no notification of shipment by 10/21/22 so I sent a email to ******************************************** requesting a tracking number for the order. I received no response from the request. All phone calls to inquire about the status of the order went to a answering machine which looped the calls back to the same options which was to select a number which takes you back to the same option. there was no option to speak to a person by phone & no response to emails. the money has been paid by credit card & today is 10/27/22 and I have yet to receive the order.Initial Complaint

I order two center caps on 9/29/2022 when I received them I found that they did not fit and I have been trying to return them for a refund. I have sent numerous emails and when I call the voice message repeats the same information over and over again no matter what option you choose. Purchased new Center Caps on 8/3/2022 for the very expensive price of $434.13. Received notice of purchase that I attached to this complaint. I have tried reaching out by phone and email because my parts never arrived. The company never answers the phone plus when you do call the phone goes to blank space no on hold music or anything just dead air. My emails have never been responded to. Please help this was money that I cant afford to just wast. Im sure the part will be correct because the part number was provided by the ************** that made my wheels BBS.
