If I could leave zero stars I would. ..... Electrolux uses these folks to "service" stoves from Ikea. We bought our stove at Ikea in Round Rock so why they were sending someone from the Houston area I don't know. I understand we live a long ways from there but it's not our fault. We have spent the last FIVE MONTHS going around and around with Electrolux, D3S and Ikea to get a new stove. D3S came out said yeah it's broke, then came back to replace element and switch, ok it doesn't work will file replacement paperwork. And then NOTHING ....... multiple appointments made and missed, no calls saying they weren't coming, bad communication. Just don't.

We sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you've encountered with our service. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we understand the importance of timely and efficient resolution when it comes to appliance repairs. It's disheartening to hear that your interactions with both Electrolux and D3S have fallen short of your expectations. We recognize the inconvenience caused by the prolonged delay and lack of communication throughout this process. Please know that this does not align with the level of service we strive to provide. Regarding the services provided most of the delay was due to a national shortage in parts and receiving multiple parts broken, this is out of our control, and parts came from the factory directly. We did communicate on multiple occasions with updates when we received them from Electrolux. We even reached out to schedule on a Saturday due to all the inconveniences. Our technician has called Electrolux on your behalf to resolve the issues at hand multiple times. All of this is documented with all parties involved. Multiple appointments that were sent to us were canceled on Electrolux/Your behalf. Once again we can only do our due diligence and work with what is provided to us. On multiple occasions, you have called in screaming at our support staff when we should have turned you back to Electrolux to find a different service provider. We were working with you to help resolve your issues, not against you! Rest assured, we were working closely with Ikea and Electrolux to expedite the replacement process for your stove. We understand the importance of having a functional appliance in your home and will do everything in our power to ensure this matter is resolved.

Freddie T. 11-22-23 We have a Samsung built in double combo convection microwave oven. It quit working on August 4th 2023. My wife called Samsung to find out who they recommend to use for the repair. They recommend D3S in Tomball Tx. D3S came out on 7th. They diagnosed the circuit board controlling the fan and the fan motor were out. From August 7th until November 8th they either didn’t show up because they didn’t have the appliance dolly, technician quit and kept the parts, claimed we didn’t answer the robo call to confirm, technician showed up with the parts but they were not the problem. Reorder parts and when it came in it was not the part the technician had taken a picture of and asked to be ordered. I felt sorry for the technician, John, he really tried and was very polite. Unfortunately he works for a really bad company. I talked to who is supposed to be the manager and she flat lied to me several times. I asked to talk to the owner and all she said was that she would ask them to call me. I never received a call from the owner. I don’t see how they stay in business. After 3 and a half months I called another repair company and they had me fixed within a week. Obviously I didn’t do my due diligence and check their reviews before I used them. This site makes you select a star. One s as low as you can go. If they had a minus 5 that’s what they would get.

Installed the washer/dryer combo unit on a Saturday. The dryer had a rubbing sound and stopped after 10 min of drying time. Called D3S as instructed by ***** and they came out Thursday to say it needed the belt replaced and with that the track is usually defective. When scheduling this online I specifically told them what the problem was and was informed that standards parts would be with the repair man. No parts came with the repair man. Had to order parts and reschedule. Now being in the Cleveland area they only worked on Wednesday-Friday. So not able to come back for a full week. After TWO weeks the part finally came in but when the repair man came to install he had misplaced the parts and had to come back but it would be another week. When that week came up I contacted D3S to get a time and they said they did not have anything scheduled. They made note to get it scheduled and contact me with a date and time. After almost four weeks without the use of a washer and dryer we contacted ***** to return the defective unit and get a replacement. I was able to get this done within 3 days. Goes to show who is the better company.

Terrible company. I had a technician come 4 times to replace my ventilation motor in my Thermador stovetop. Paid $707.93 plus the $155.00 service fee. That was October, 18, 2022. Broke on Monday, May 29, 2023. They have no record of me, nothing. I sent them the deposited check images. Still nothing. On the second day of calls, same run around. What kind of company is this?

On May 6th 2022 I called D3 Service because they were listed as a ** Certified Repair Center. I spoke to a woman about my issues with my fridge, gave her model number, and serial number. She mentioned that ** had a 10 year warranty on the compressor. She gave me the availability based on the fact that they had to order the compressor and the next available date would be 5/10/2022. I said that would be fine. She mentioned that i would have to pay $151.50 up front in order to book the appointment and i said that was fine. On May 10th i get a call from another lady telling me she was calling to collect and i asked her for what. She mentioned that it was for the cost of the compressor. I told her that the compressor was under warranty and she told me that if i didn't have proof of purchase for the refrigerator i had to pay $960 something for the compressor. I told her i was not going to pay for that and hang up with her. I then turned around and called ** and told them of the issue with the refrigerator and what i went through with D3. The customer service rep from ** told me that i did not need proof of purchase because with me providing the model number and serial number, they would know the rest of the info. I told her what they were wanting to charge me for the compressor and she said OH MY, the compressor costs $452 plus tax. D3 tried to scam me out of money for something that was covered under warranty. ** rep said she was going to escalate this report and remove them off the list as an approved contractor for them. This is highway robbery and should be ashamed of yourselves from trying to do this to people. Had i been an elderly person that did not know any better, you would have gotten that money from me. Your company will not succeed with this type of morals. Thank you ** for repairing my refrigerator for free.
