The management company refuses to assist in Tenant rights per the Lease Agreement. The landlord has bullied me for the last three years and has refused to honor the contract. He insists on storing his personal items on my property which I requested to be removed the day I moved in. The Property Manager has been severely negligent and unavailable to remedy these ongoing issues.Business response

Last Summer the ** went out in 110 degree outside I filled in maint request and did not hear back from real highland ******** who is property Manager. Sent her several emails with no response call or contact.No communication no response to my repeated request for Assistance. After Several days passed the ** got repaired. I suffered heat exhaustion as well as my pets I went a hot a hotel room of which they would not reimburse me for Now the toilet is not working water pooling out from unneath house made several reports same ole story lack of response no contact and or no communication Filed maint request at 1 pm stated received at 2 pm n no response no repair man and today is Sunday so I am assuming I will not hear from them today This is the only toilet within the home I can not rent a home with lack of response from Management in an Emergency cituation and leaving me abandoned and stranded.Business response

This complaint with the tenant was resolved prior to my notification of the resident's submission to the BBB.

I am rejecting this response because:It is not True.
I was left for 3 days without a toilet. They have since added emergency number to vm ..in which I suggested to better serve the tenent. As there was NO emergency numberand they don't work the weekend.
The advertise 24/7 maintenance, however i had 2 incidents now where there was no 24/7 maintenance number to even call at that time. Therefore I never received 24/7 maintenance.
My AC went out last summer in 108 degree heat. Once again no emergency number no response other than to show on web site portal excepted by property manager but I never heard anything and was without AC for 4 days..I had to rent a hotel room and pay to have AC fixed. Then they made it difficult to
Have home owner reimburse me. And they did not pay for my hotel only what I paid for repair.
This time toilet same thing..no response
But was repaired 3 days after toilet quit working the only toilet in the house.
I was left with no restroom for 3 days I literally peed outside with the dog. For 3 days without a restroom.
when they had a.ple time on Saturday to get someone out here.
