I am making this complaint on behalf of my girlfriend and others they will fix your vehicle without prior authorization and do not want to take parts off after being told this so if you do not have the funds for the repair do not go there they will take advantage of you.Business response

You knew this is funny I wonder what kind of people are in this world today. He and she should have been happy people when they left here. I don't think he has any need other than to think me we towed his truck in which was ok. Explained to him what it needed with an estimated cost to my knowledge he never complained,After it was fixed maybe it was more than he expected because of rotten hoses that had to be replaced are it would have been a half done job which was maybe fifth dollers more. To try and help him after he cried I took two hours and the tow off his bill something I should not have done. Then he tells me he did not sign my invoice so he thought I should take the parts out and put his truck back like it was.He was told no I'm not working four more hours for free and have parts I can't return at that point I told him you know what In my life time I've never had some one that could not work with in some way unless it was not possible any way. I did not charge him a dime he was told I hope you have a Merry christmas . I sent him on his way losing a thousand.
