A bunch of collections from med care ems inc started popping up on my credit report a while back. I haven't had or required any medical services on the dates shown on collection reports. There was a time a few years back where I had multiple hospital visits, but those visits were covered by my insurance and those dates do not match the ones on collection report either. These collections have been affecting my credit negatively and just keep renewing which brings my credit down more.Initial Complaint

Last November 24, 2021 , while I was biking , a truck failed to yield in an intersection caused me to hit the right side of truck bed. I fell to the pavement and people who saw me hit the ground called the police and ambulance. After 5 minutes the police came and started his investigation, almost the same time an ambulance came , the EMT asked me if I needed help, I replied “ No, I am alright. After a while the EMT asked me to sign a form that I refused medical treatment, So, I did sign the form in front of the police officer. After the police finished his investigation, He gave me a police calling card with the case number and told me if I wanted a police report just proceed to the police station. Then I continue biking heading home. On January 2022, I started receiving a medical bill from MEDCARE EMS INC. for $695.00 for the November 24; 2021 incidence. I just ignored the bill because I know this is a fraud. This month of October , I received a bill from a collection agency . So , I went to the police station to get a police report. It’s clearly stated in the top second page that I refused medical treatment. Their were no medical service done on that day. I hope this police report will clear me from this billing fraud , Thank you and I hope your office can help me clear everything up.
