    I am leaving this review to encourage others to think twice before doing business with Hisun Motors ***. Hisun owes me approximately $30,000 for mobile repairs I have performed acrossseveral states. They have literally burned bridges with nearly all the service centers across the ** that they signed on to handle their warranty work by being slow to pay or ultimately not paying at all. I have encountered many customers and stores that have been waiting a year or more for repairs on their units. They have also stated that Hisun Motors is horrible at communicating with them.     Bought a 2024 artic 400 2 weeks ago. Vehicle has an electrical issue and just shuts off. Took it to the dealership for 3 days - they swear there is no problem that they can duplicate.Very unhappy with this product. Will not recommend to anyone....

    Bought barely used Hisun Sector 750, 2022 model. Company would not honor warranty because person I bought it from won it in a raffle which, I was told, voided the warranty. Misc error codes and other problems shortly after purchasing. Local shops laughed when I asked about someone working on them. Numerous calls and emails to Hisun have gone unanswered. Closest dealer or repair shop is over 100 miles away. I already retrieved it from a shop that didn't touch it after 3 weeks. At this point, I am totally disgusted with it.

    I HATE This Hisun Strike. They are not for adults even if you are barely over 5 ft tall. !!! First day I got to bring it home, it wouldn't even climb a hill and barely got to 10 miles an hour. Finally spoke to someone from Gold ******************** where we got it from and they told us where the governor was and how to take it off... Worked somewhat better. Then the Brake cable broke after only having it for a few hours. Had to return it to have it fixed. Told them I wanted my money back. They would not allow a refund. Had to go get the awful piece of c*** and bring it back. Supposedly the brake cable was replaced. Now every time I want to drive it the cable is stuck and I have to go to the back of the Hisun and manually release the brake!!!!! Now I drive it again and it's died on me several times. I told them it was a lemon from the very first day. I HATE This piece of junk and I still want my money back

    Brand new Vector 500 and it wont idle and shows an error message that even an authorized repair shop couldnt identify because the Hisun company rarely answers them. I have called multiple times and never get calls returned. Very poor customer service. I am within the ****** return policy for ********** and may well return it. Ridiculous customer care. Its probably an easy fix but Im not waiting for my time to run out. Nearest authorized repair is 2 hours away.

    Bought a new side by side in mid november of 2023. By early december of 2023 it it was in the shop for its first failure. Now april 2024 on my second major failure and all before 900 kms. Horrible quality. 100% 0 stars and should be avoided.

    We purchased a Hisun Axis EV/ golf cart in October of 2022. In November of 2023 we began having issues and Hisun Motors *** has not been able to find anyone to work on our golf carts. What are they waiting for the warranty to expire?

    Purchased 500 in Aug 22 for hunting. Transported it to **** club on trailer 6 times. Roof on utv flies off going down the road. Contact hisun & was told it is not supposed to be transported on open trailer. Tell them Thats how Lowes delivered it , nor is that in owners manual. After multiple emails- they quote me 119 for replacement and 255 to ship it. I declined. Seems like you should have more than a rubber grommet to secure a roof - or place a warning label.

    I bought a side x side 6 months ago and now the battery will not keep charged I have been trying to get it fixed for the last 6 weeks and now they won't even return my calls

    This company deserves 0 stars ! The side by side we purchase broke down within the first 5 Months of owning it. A mobile guy came to get it and take it to a repair shop several hundred miles away from us...where it has now been for 6 month!!I The repair shop guys are very nice and have told us that they have tried to reach out for someone to bring it back to us as the warranty work has been complete and the machine is fixed. They have called the corporate office but no one is getting back to them. We to have called the corporate office at least 20 to 30 times and all they do is take our name and number and say they will have some one call us back but no one ever does. We would just like our machine back. **************** has been very rude to us and we do not understand why they are still in business. Had we of known we would never have purchased from such a disrespectful company. I am now searching out legal advice in hopes that we can at least get our machine back as it was very expensive and has been paid in full. I am very disheartened by the lack of business etiquette this company has shown. By the looks of other complaints we are not alone in how we feel. We will never purchase a machine from this company again and have steered several potential customers away from making the same mistake.
