  On 6/20/23 in the afternoon workmen from the All-Wood Stain, LLC delibertly and maliciously sprayed my house (i.e., my windows on the North side of the house, soffit and facial) with a power sprayer while spraying my neighbors fence. This was done while I had house painters out who were painting my house. When I asked them nicely to stop the ******* sarcastically said "how do you expect me to *************** fence". I then called 911 to have the City of ***** ***************** to come out and have the man stop washing down my house. I found the respondent to be belligerent and unapologetic.

  Sorry for not responding sooner, yet I just became aware of the complaint filed on 6/20/23. Although this is going on a year, I do remember the situation vividly. I've been in the staining business for over 16 years, with over 6000 jobs completed. First and foremost, the crew was washing the neighbor's fence with high pressured water and water alone, which doesn't hold it's pressure after 5-6'. My crew spoke to the painter prior and during washing to make sure we weren't bothering him and his work. I also spoke to the painter who said the crew did nothing to bother him or the neighbor's house, and that the neighbor exploded for no reason. The police were called by the neighbor, and I was called by my crew. The police and I arrived at the same time with the same conclusion, the neighbor who was shirtless and cursing at everyone had some personal issues going on at the time. The homeowner of the house we were working with also was there and explained that the neighbor was not acting like his normal self. I tried hard to have an adult conversation with the neighbor, yet it was not possible. We stopped the work in that area, and was allowed to come back a few months later to finish the job. The neighbor apologized to our homeowner and was happy to have us return. Unfortunately, I think we were just there at the wrong time for the neighbor. I feel we weren't the real reason for him being so upset. Thank you, *********************

  I am rejecting this response because this response is composed on one lie after another lie. I was wearing a shirt, the painter was easily intiminated by these arrogant, grotesque people. And I in no way apologized (anoither lie) to anyone for calling out the sub-standard workmanship and lack of professionalism by this awful firm. I personally talked to  the roofer who replaced the roof on this house where these misfits were water power pressuring the fence,and spraying and damaging my house with their indiscriminate spraying, and he advied that this bunch have a history of poor workmanship. Awful and sad at the same time.
