      Contacted under the guise to discuss VA death benefits & will services. Represented presented *** videos and was advising on what the VA will or will not cover. Collected *************** contact info for "beneficiaries" on app, sent text messages to them BEFORE ever telling us he was trying to sell us a Whole Life Insurance policy and that he was actually an employee of American Income Life. However, this title shown on his zoom meeting was "AO Globe Life". THIS IS A SCAM. They are not part of the VA, they do not represent the VA and they are trying to take advantage of veterans.

      I got a policy in January and when I got it they had the wrong birth year I called them right away and they said they would fix it, I waited for the correction I finally got it and it said it was a lost or destroyed policy and now they broke it down into two policy's and they changed the due date. I got a bill on Friday the 8th saying it was due now on 8/4!!!!!!!! I still have the wrong birth year on this one,, I told them since I have not had a correct policy I want to cancel it and I think I should get my money back because I have not had a legal policy since January. They were rude and cold !!

      I have called over and over again to cancel my policy. I have mailed and emailed the required cancelation forms twice each. I have been doing this since January ************************************************************************************** over due bills for my policy. I have been ensured by multiple employees over the phone that I have done every thing necessary to cancel my policy but never receive the money that is owed me and continue to receive bills for my policy. If I could I would leave 0 stars instead of 1 star. I can't image what it must be like for people who have lost loved ones who are trying to collect their policies to pay for expenses. I'm not sure how this company is even still in business.

      I was called 3 times in a row from 3 different phone numbers at 10 o clock at night, just to remind this customer service lady I no longer have a policy with them and have not for over years just for her to say "sorry". We didn't want life insurance with them but agreed to make them stop talking over a zoom meeting when all we wanted was a child safety kit for our kids, that was the initial point of the zoom meeting. We never received those safety kits. Are they even legit? Because their prices seem like they are gouging.

      I had the pleasure of speaking with Meg from American Income Life Insurance, and I can honestly say it was one of the most refreshing experiences I’ve had with any representative. From the moment we started talking, it felt like I was catching up with a friend rather than discussing insurance. Meg and I had a lot in common, which made the conversation flow naturally, but what really stood out was her sincerity.
      She didn’t come across as someone trying to sell a product—she made me feel like family. Her approach was honest, down-to-earth, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find someone in this industry who puts connection before commission, and Meg absolutely does that.
      If you’re considering American Income Life, I highly recommend talking to Meg. She’ll make you feel heard, respected, and supported every step of the way

      Honestly I am confused why I signed up for this service. I dont like how you guys reached out to all my emergency contacts and tried to sell them insurance too. I feel like I was scammed and dont want any money taken out by your company

      I cannot believe the nerve of this company and the employee that contacted us. We too had to do a zoom meeting and had to have my husband myself in the zoom meeting picture. Then he proceeds (*****) was his name, tells us we need to up our life insurance for the funeral expenses as $13,000 would not be enough for my husband it would cost $25,000 bullshit!!How would he know how we would want our funeral done Then he proceeded to say I would need to get my own policy and it would cost me $250/month and my husband an additional $115/month We told him we are not increasing our policy and he just wouldnt quit He said we would be leaving it up to our daughter to scrounge for the money to bury us and that would be very unfair for us to do that to her Honestly I would rather put my money in my fkin mattress and have her get it from there then give this company another dime Then he proceeds to say then just cancel, just cancel he kept repeating I said no my husband has paid into it for over 20 years and we are getting out what money he deserves This guy deserves to be reprimanded for this type of behaviour and we will never recommend this company for any reason to anyone By the look of this company they have had their share of terrible reviews and should be ashamed to trying to guilt people into increasing their policy We contacted the Company the day after to complain and they basically brushed us off If this review can help one person to not choose this company, writing this complaint is so worth it How dare they!!!!!If I could give a zero star review I would have

      This company *****. I have been trying to cancel my policies with them since April of 2025 and I am getting the runaround. They keep sending me the same darn form to fill out and nothing has happened.

      I am notifying you of a potential case of insurance fraud and identity theft. A life insurance policy was taken out on my minor granddaughter without the legal parents knowledge or consent. Her Social Security number was used without authorization. My ex-husband, a convicted felon on probation with no custody or legal rights, is the policyholder, and his live-in girlfriendwho is a licensed agentsold him the policy and financially benefits from it. This was done without any signature from the legal parent, and no documentation has been provided. I demand immediate cancellation of this policy and an internal investigation into this matter. I notified the life insurance company, and they said that hes a policyholder and that he can take a policy out on my granddaughter. I notified them that my daughter never gave consent and that he has never financially ever taken care of my daughter or the granddaughter, she lives with me and they did not care. They will not cancel the policy.
