      Policy Number: 0065A6347 A Life Insurance Policy was taken out on me by a sister-in-law without my knowledge or consent. The only way I became aware of it was because the policy is under my sister-in-law's name (***** Self) but the mailing address is my address. Had the policy been set up with her address I would have never been aware of this happening. I had contacted Global Life in the past with no resolution. Even though the policy is written on me, they would not discuss the policy with me since I was not the actual policyholder. I had approached my sister-in-law about cancelling. I did not follow up with Global because my discussions with them were pointless. It was not until I received a notice last week that a policy premium was returned for insufficient funds that I became aware of the policy was still in effect. I would like to know how a policy was written on me without my knowledge or approval. In addition, I want this policy to be cancelled on the basis of fraud and/or non-insurable interest.

As reflected on the eApp, ***** *** **** applied for this coverage and represented her relationship to you as Spouse.  Globe Life relied on this representation and issued the policy,as spouses in ******** have an insurable interest in each others lives, and they can effectuate an insurance policy on one another.

      Based on the information you have provided regarding your true relationship to Ms. **** and your non-consent to coverage, we are canceling Policy #****A6347. At your earliest convenience, please provide ***** ****s mailing address.

      My mother died back in October 2024. She had life insurance thru Globe Life. I have sent in all the information they asked for. They are constantly telling me they didn't receive information I've sent in, even after telling me to begin with that they did receive it. So, I have to keep sending in the same documents over and over. I have talked/ faxed and emailed over 8 different people. This company cannot keep their stuff together and are constantly misleading. I have questioned, cried and begged for them to get this right so I don't have to keep going thru this. My dad died 4 months before my mom, and I have to keep going thru their death documents for this company. It is awful! I don't know what else to do?? It is typically only supposed to take around 2 weeks to finish this. It has been 4 months! and still the same thing... They say they don't have the documents they need, even though I have proof I sent it in. They have even went for a long time and not told me of documents they needed. I will send in all the documents and copies of my emails if need be.

      I still stand behind my complaint about this company. They need to have an easier process instead of dragging customers around and they can't keep up with hardly anything. I don't remember having the phone conversation with them, and they have denied the claim. It is what it is. But I would like for other consumers to know what they are getting into and what a processing pain they will endure with them. And I will let others know as well. I did not accept nor reject their response.

      On January 7, 2025 I mailed a 3 month insurance premium to Globe Life Insurance When I went on website it was not credited In order to prevent cancellation I made another one month payment on Jan 31, 2025 over the phone with a representative named ******** (for which I received credit). I explained that my cashed check ( Jan 23) had not been credited She took the information and said she would make a note about crediting it. I kept checking their customer website but no credit issued. On February 3, 2025 I received a notice saying a February payment was due. I called again and spoke with a ***** who said it should have been credited but it wasnt. As of today 2/10/2025 it is still not credited and the website indicates I am behind in payment. I also have written 3 emails with no response. I screen shot the last one. I either want my account credited or give me my money back

      My 89 father was advised that he needed to cash out his life insurance policy prior to February 2025. We've made several phone calls to start the process and we're able to get through the company voicemail and speak to a person. After conferring with a person we're transferred to another queue, where no one answers and we have to leave a voicemail with call back information and no one ever calls back. We've called on five different occasions, just to repeat the same cycle. We've also tried utilizing their website for assistance but when attempting to create the account to ascertain assistance, the web site errors out with, "Information provided doesn't match account". We've tried creating the account several times also.

      I tried to cancel my policy because I realized I couldnt afford it and i tried to get in contact with customer service to do so, and when I couldnt reach them I communicated with the agent who signed me up and told him I wanted to switch to the cheapest plans and he said he would do it only to find out that Im still getting charged for the most expensive plan, I just signed up last month and I deeply regret doing so , I want my membership cancelled and my money refunded, I would never do business with company again, I definitely feel like I got scammed.

      New to Globe Life Insurance Company Of NY January 2024. Paid 6 month premium for 2 adult children. Both money orders were mailed /sent at same time. They claim only one arrived at their company. In order to keep the "unpaid" policy I paid another 6 months for the policy in jeopardy of lapsing. I followed their instructions how to track the "missing" payment. ************* showed the money order mailed on January 31 2024 was received and cashed February 2 2024. I have not been compensated yet. They do not answer emails in timely manner. They do not return calls as stated in voicemails. **************** is very unprofessional. I also wrote a review on BBB website and don't see it and never received a reference number. I also wrote a review on ****** letting the public know how Globe operates. I took a chance on this company based on BBB stating it's an A+ company with over 70 years of being in business. Sorry to say they are living of an old reputation. The new Globe is way off the A+rating scale. I would like BBBs help in obtaining a full refund not only for the $263 but all the money I already contributed to insurance policies with a company I have little faith in. I want to move on with a company I can trust and has a more personal touch with its customers. Thank you.

      Over paid company they refused to refund over payment had to dispute with credit card ,then they canceled the policy said they refunded me the check was never received I asked for the check to be emailed they applied it to the policy without my permission. They are lying saying the checked was cashed when I never received the check and they hang up the phone in my face everything I call customer service and supervisor is never available and they never return my call like I ask .I have been trying to get my refund sine May 2024 when the problems first occurred

      I have two insurance and I didnt know the lady called me and said your insurance is late I said I have paid it and I gave her the number and she told me I have two insurance in that name one in 2017 and 2018 I ask her for my money back for 2018?because 2017 was paid up and she said they dont refund money back they owe me from 2018 to 2024

      I have received a letter from Globe Life Insurance stating there is a loan on my policy in the amount of ******** and I have requested a copy of the signed loan agreement because I do not recall requesting a loan from the life insurance policy and I have been unsuccessful in getting this information from them. I have sent several emails/messages to try to get the requested information and they have not responded. I have also requested that my wife be able to speak with them as well as she is on the policy as well and they have not followed the request.

      I am rejecting this response because:   The letter I received stated it was a loan as I have attached the letter that was sent to me. A better explanation is needed. If there was no loan I should not be receiving letters as the attached. I have never heard of a life insurance policy that indicates a loan if you havent borrowed off of the policy

      I am rejecting this response because:   Again they are still talking about a loan. If they decided to create a loan to bring the policy up to date and if I didnt request that they should have let the policy expire. I will. My point is if I did not request a loan how is it a loan still being enforced. The policy can be cancelled
