This company by far is the most dishonest company I have dealt with in my professional career. The biggest reason for me signing a contract with Field Routes was because of their ability to grow my ****** reviews. What a mistake that was. The product and customer service was not what they had promised. Not only was the onboarding process an absolute headache as we got a new employee for the process but the overall interface is so confusing that the new employee had some difficulty explaining how it works. However, beyond their terrible product, they have currently sent my company to collections without sending me one single bill or invoice. I have attempted to call this company 3 times in order to rectify this issue and have not received a call back. It has been weeks now. I would advise any smart business owner to absolutely stay away from not only a terrible product but also a dishonest establishment.

Terrible onboarding process and the salesman lied to me about multiple things the software could and would do or what their onboarding team would do to get us going. The poor guy they assigned us to help us with the onboarding process was genuine and amazing overall. The software is NOT good for a pest control company that offers multiple service types. The only situation I can see this software working for is a mosquito-only company because it offers one type of service on one schedule. We offer multiple pest service types on multiple service schedules and have used their "work around" of doing services as "line items" on the invoice of another service, but it still doesn't work well. Clients get multiple confirmations, followups, invoices, etc for each service day they have multiple services line up (Ex. monthly mosquito and quarterly pest service and annual fire ant/termite). I really have tried to make this software work-- it was supposed to be an improvement to doing everything manually and allow our company the ability to grow. It has only been a headache. 6 months later we still cannot use the software and after reading the reviews here (how I wish I had found non-sponsored actual user reviews sooner!!) I am going to forfeit the rest of the year subscription and get set up with GorillaDesk. The saddest part is when I ask other companies in my network who have used or are trying to use FieldRoutes/PestRoutes they tell me they have/had the same, overwhelmingly negative experience. I have really tried to remain optimistic, that FR would be a good change. I cannot any longer and do not recommend.

BUYER BEWARE deserves 0 stars Called FieldRoutes today to follow up on some information which they were not forthcoming with during our Zoom Sales Presentation. We were curious to learn the company's cancellation policy before signing up. Spoke with Matt. When I asked regarding the company's policy he stated he did not know? How can one be a Sales Rep and not be informed of a company's cancelation policy? He stated that information could only be provided by my Sales Rep. Spoke to Matt for over 20 minutes but he would not provide their cancelation policy. Told me he would look up the information and call me back. Any honest business/organization would tell a potential client what their cancellation policy is upfront.

Does everyone in the company work from home and answer calls at leisure? When our company signed up we did everything over the phone, part of it was done through screen share.. Month or so goes by, receive an email saying we missed a payment, so we called and spoke to some kid who said we just needed to set up auto pay, so we did and everything was fine until a few months later we got another email saying we missed a payment, the kid on the phone explained that they just needed to update things on their end. Then guess what, two or three months went by and we got another email saying we missed a payment so we checked the bank statement which said the money had been pulled so we didn’t bother calling their office. Out of nowhere we get notified if we don’t pay a large sum they’re going to withhold access to the operations page. Very confused, we called and were told they had sent us a couple emails regarding an unpaid subscription, we explained there was a misunderstanding and they didn’t even listen, said it needed to be paid or it was going to collections. Apparently when we signed we signed under two subscriptions which were not made clear to us, although the terms were not made clear when we signed we agreed to go ahead and pay the huge bill to avoid collections. We payed the large sum and agreed to cancel the subscription and just keep one we initially signed for. This past month we got another bill saying we missed another payment, not only that but their autopay from our customers to us has been down the past two months, so we have to bill manually. Called, couldn't get ahold of them for three weeks, left messages no calls back. Turns out there's two different subscriptions still, they never terminated the other subscription as they promised. Said they would call us back, been a week, still nothing. Wasted so much time and money with FieldRoutes. They’re dishonest, won't return your calls and they’re systems been down for two months and going.
