I order in march the package to be an officiant and i never recibe what i paid 48.90dolaras in the email say this its the tracking number but its lye, I try to call but just trying to seller another things and dont let me talk after the cut the hang out the call, I need a solution, this fraud, you stole our money are more than 100 people asking for they packageInitial Complaint

I purchased an Ordination Package from United National Ministry on August 2, 2023 that said it would ship within 1 to 2 business days via ***** You can track your package at on **** website with the following Tracking #. It did not have a tracking # and I have never received anything from them. I paid $49.99 and I have sent at least 5 emails and left a phone message asking someone to call me back to let me know where the package is and when I can expect to receive it. After googling them, I see that they have takin a lot of peoples money just as they have mine.I was asked by some friend to officiate their wedding so I went on this site to get ordained so I can marry them. Now I don't even know if my ordination is real and the wedding is in September.Below is an email I received from them. I ordered the basic ordainment package for $49.99. Immediately my bank was drafted and I received an email stating the the ordainment certificate was shipping to me. The email left the tracking number and shipping number empty. I responded requesting the tracking number, and no response. I waited 3 days and asked for the tracking number again. I have not received the package or a response. After purchasing I then found this business has MULTIPLE complaints with BBB and negative reviews all over social media. I paid $79.99 on June 17th, 2023 for an ordination package and was given an order number. As to this day (6/22/2023), I havent received anything. No answers to my emails and their contact links dont work. ****** learned.should have checked them out on the BBB site. This would have saved me money and time. I paid for expiated shipping and have been waiting over two weeks for my certificate. I have contacted the company through the website and tried the phone number listed. No response from email and no answer on phone number. Want my extra money paid for shipping and also the original purchase price. Total of ***** refunded. We ordered and paid for an ordination certification package on 5/7/2023. The money has come out of our account. We have not received the package, when we click on tracking information, it says the label was created for shipping but not yet brought to the post office to be shipped. Our ceremony was 5/13/2023. We are awaiting this certificate to file our paperwork with the court. At this point we need the paperwork asap and a refund for the inconvenience. Our marriage will not be legal without it.Initial Complaint

Transaction date: 4/25/2003 Trans. Amount: $44.98, includes tax Trans. Type: Apple Pay; processed & withdrawn immediately Alerted almost immediately the package has been sent; received confirmation/receipt email. Email said package to be shipped out in 1-2 business days. Tracking # proved fruitless to ***** Links dont work anymore when clicking on track my package. Almost as if my IP is blocked from the website now.Customer response

My complaint has been resolved. It took them a long while, but my position as a consumer has been legally satisfied.
