Well it's no surprise that this company isn't accredited with the BBB!They took advantage of my 87 year-old mom. She has lived with back pain for many years and she thought she might get relief from *** oil. She received an email from Joint Plus under the guise of Shark Tank. She knew that Shark Tank was reliable so she ordered the *** oil. When she checked her credit card statement a day later she had been charged twice. Once for the *** oil ($60) and again for gummies SHE NEVER ORDERED ($240!!!). We immediately called the Joint Plus customer service and they said we would need to wait until we had received the shipment and then we could simply send the package back. We shipped the package back, and then they said there was a $25 restocking fee for each bottle (8 bottles total, and 6 we HAD NOT ORDERED). They received the package at the beginning of May and told us it would be 5-10 days for a refund minus the restocking fee. When I called after the 10 days with no refund they said it would be another ***** days. It is now the last day of May and no refund. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. Further, when you read the reply from Joint Plus below they say they are sorry and will take care of it but they DO NOT ISSUE A REFUND. Horrible people hurting and targeting a senior. Shame on you.
