            I was quoted a price and it was too high. I told them to remove my master bedroom and closets. Original estimate said 2 coats would be an xtra ****. I did not agree and I text saying cost was too high. ***** the owner aggressively texted me selling me on this great deal he worked out for me all inclusive. That would mean also the 2 coats listed on original invoice. After the job was done he charged me **************************************************** a text for *****. When I text about it he said you forgot the second coat. I asked where did I agree to that. You text said 8k ALL IN. He texted me during the job and said, it's gonna need 2 coats to which I said, that is what the original salesman told me and agreed it needed to coats which we previously already discussed and was listed in original invoice which I disagreed to.This was a bait and switch. All in all his killer deal cost me exactly what they originally quoted me. I feel like I was scammed. I never agreed to this and now I am being told his attorney will be contacting me when I am the one being ripped off!

            I am very happy with the interior painting and the express service I have received. I have already told my friends and family about Encore Painting and I am already on the schedule for my entire Exterior house painting to get done next month and I feel confident in Encore Painting doing a 5 star job again. I will continue to promote not only your great painting experience but also to refer even more friends that need any interior or exterior painting.
