      Biggest name in RC got that way from charging $550 for a trail truck that hasnt worked 5mins in a month of ownership. Spends more time taking ********* and shipping back for warranty work than playing with the dang thing. My suggestion would be get an axial or something last traxxas product Ill ever own. Extremely disappointed would love to give them 0 stars!

      We are sorry to hear the customer had a frustrating experience with their recent purchase. Initially, we sent the customer replacement parts free of charge to resolve the reported issue to minimize downtime. Unfortunately, this did not take care of the problem, so we have now sent the customer all the information necessary to return the truck free of charge for evaluation and repair by our service technicians. We will ensure the vehicle is running correctly and any defects are resolved. Our turnaround time is quick, usually no more than 3 5 business days to ship back the item after it is received.

      I ordered a simple charging cable and adapter which was shipped via **** which I did not know at time of checkout. 11 days later still no delivery. When I chatted with Traxxas from their website *** did nothing to assist his customer to make sure I was satisfied. He even disconnected chat. Very rude and unhelpful. I called my bank to reverse the charges which they did gladly. This one incident has turned me away from all Traxxas products going forward.

Unfortunately, **** can occasionally see delays around the holiday season, and while the customers order took a little longer than usual it was delivered within the delivery window for standard ground shipping.

      I purchased a RC truck directly from them due to good things I heard and read. I opened up the box and removed the plastic wrap on the body and decided I would rather have the larger version of the one I purchased. I called them directly and because I plugged in the battery to see if it will work they will not accept a return! I spent 200 dollars of my hard earned money to be told this. I am not happy about this and will ruin the reputation of this company as much as I can. So basically if you purchase through them and your product does not work, you are screwed.

      We are sorry to hear the customer was dissatisfied with their recent purchase. Unfortunately, Traxxas does not offer refunds on items once they have been used. This is explained in the terms and conditions on Traxxas.com and in the manual that came with the vehicle. We never told the customer we could not help with their truck if they had an issue. All Traxxas vehicles purchased new from authorized retailers or Traxxas.com carry a warranty against manufacturing defects. If there is a defect resulting from a manufacturing issue we will repair the vehicle to restore full operation. The customer never indicated a problem with the vehicle, just that they wanted to return it. If there is an issue we can set up a repair file and have the customer send the vehicle in for service by our technicians. Any manufacturing defects will be corrected per the warranty on the truck and then it will be returned to the customer in good working order.

      Bought a slash tonight ran it for two minutes put it back in the box. Its the biggest pile of c*** Told salesman what I wanted they forced this one on me telling me it would do everything I wanted it to do. It wont even drive in grass. What a waste on 600 dollars I cant even use. If its not pavement or perfectly smooth surfaces this thing is JUNK.

While we respect the customers opinion, we disagree with their assertation about the quality of the vehicle. The Slash Ultimate is a highly capable model born from the proven Slash lineage of trucks, one of our most popular lines of vehicles for nearly 15 years. These models excel in a wide variety of conditions and terrain and can be further customized to suit individual needs. The Slash Ultimate does not require perfectly flat surfaces, and it can run through grass, but the depth of the grass will of course determine how well it runs in those conditions. The customer can increase the ride height to help with ground clearance in grass. Unfortunately, we are not able to speak to the conversation between the customer and a local hobby shop. If the customer feels the information provided by the sales representative was incorrect, we encourage them to speak with the store to discuss the situation.

      Had several vehicles over my 30 years from Traxxas from the 1st .15 t maxx And all through the line of gas and electric my x maxx Had a problem and burned up all the electronics as a faulty, speed control that they knew about and had been replacing for everybody since mine worked fine for six months they wouldnt replace it, they would replace all the components for like half the price plus shipping and tax so you have to do it because otherwise its gonna be twice as much but yet they know their part was faulty but yet they still get more money out of you now I buy the maxx ive had it for four months drove it 10 times and the speed control does the red light of death which all over ******* is saying is very common. Once again Traxxas will not warrantee the part because your warranty is over but they will take more money from you to give you obviously another faulty part I guess theyre starting to ruin the sport for me. especially Traxxas which I have had so much fun with before. So this review would be from past experience of years of buying their materials and customer service acting like youre doing you a favor when theyre just making you pay for faulty parts. Thanks for wasting more of my time and having to leave this ridiculous comment because how irritated I am with the company. Thanks for your time *****

      We are sorry to hear the customer has experienced an issue with their recent Traxxas purchase. Traxxas warrants electronic components against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days there is a trade in program available to replace electronics at a reduced price. Fortunately, there is not an ongoing issue with the Maxx speed control or any other Traxxas speed control. Internet speculation and reports are a tiny fraction of the overall market, the majority of customers do not see issues, and therefore do not bother to post. Due to the age of the items discussed, the customer was offered a reduced-cost replacement under our lifetime exchange program. The representative set up a return authorization for the customer to send the speed control in for replacement. If the customer wishes to take advantage of the reduced cost replacement, they simply need to send the package in at their convenience.

      Terrible Technical support. I have been emailing them questions for technical details and their answers are short and vague. Nothing specific. The answers have been "I don't know" or very general. For example the Tec2.0 chassis has been out of stock for a long time and there are rumors in the web that it has been discontinued. Well, when I asked them this question, they don't know the answer. I said, can you ask someone at Traxxas if it has been discontinued, and the tech support person told me there's no one to ask. I asked them recently for turn radius of a car, and his answer was "slightly larger". The worst tech support I have dealt with.

      We are sorry to hear the customer was dissatisfied with their recent interaction with our support team. Internet rumors of product availability are not always accurate, the model the customer asked about is listed as currently available, simply out of stock. Unfortunately, we do not always have arrival time for out-of-stock products. If that information is available the Traxxas website will show an estimated ship date, otherwise the customer can select to be notified by email when a particular product is available. The customer then asked, Is the turn radius of the Corvette Stingray (Model# *****-4) the same as the 4-Tec 2.0 VXL (Model# *****-4) Chassis?. Our reply was The C8 has a longer wheelbase so it will probably have a slightly larger turning radius.. While we have many statistics published for our models, specific measurement of turning radius is not one of them. Based on the design of the two models the Corvette will need a little more room to turn around.

      Very good customer service and support. Had to order new parts for my trx4m which got the our door within 3 days! They have endless amounts of parts for all my cars unlike Axial. Very truth worthy brand for an rc supplier.

      First off, I am the type of guy who takes extreme care of my stuff and gets made fun of for how carefully I drive my RC cars.That being said, I spent over $1800 on my XRT in February hoping to get a quality rc I could enjoy with friends and family. Within the first day it had to go back to the dealer and get the servo replaced because it was faulty. In the last couple of months it has had to get the servo horn replaced 3 times by my dealer. Again, I drive my XRT like an old lady. The servo horn strips even if I am driving it slowly around in my front yard. ********* I called into Traxxas for help fixing it, they have been disrespectful and rude to me. My dealer is not impressed with how Traxxas has treated me or the quality that this XRT has been.I had hoped to enjoy my XRT with family and friends, but it is broken more often than it is working. Traxxas has been less than helpful or professional when I have reached out to them.

      We are sorry to hear the customer has had a frustrating experience with their *** and look forward to helping get them back on the road again. The last contact we have on record with the customer was in early March when we sent replacement servo gears to help get the customers truck running. When they contacted us July 31st reporting the same issues from several months ago we set up a return authorization to have the truck evaluated by our repair technicians. The *** truck is one of our most popular vehicles and has a proven history of reliability and dependability. Repeated failures of the same component for no apparent reason are unusual and we welcome the opportunity to evaluate the customers vehicle and determine if something else is causing the issues seen.

      Ive spent $2000 in one day on 2 different trucks and their vr2.0 car. One truck had a wheel so bent you couldnt drive it. They didnt want to do anything at all until I threatened with atty. then they send wrong side. The car I spent a lot of time with customer support lets make it short. I bought Axial electronics. Traxxas is the worst company Ive ever had to deal with. I will not buy anything new from them from now on. Axial and rgt carisma Ventera are the best ones Ive dealt with oh kyoisho Ive dealt with they all see the problem with a short video and send part no questions asked you just seen it. Not traxxas Ive got brand vehicles with different manufacturers parts put in place of traxxas because of customer service. When I d o deal with them they are always short with you and most of the time rude.
