I have been without air since July 1. He wont return calls or answer the phone. He cussed me out because my brother called and nicely asked when my air would be fixed. He was only trying to help me get air because my daughter has leukemia and needs the air conditioner. He would not show up for appointments nor would he call to reschedule. He finally put in a new motor that only worked part of a night. I called but he has not been back since. He is unprofessional and rude.

I do have and extended warranty for my home is cinch $45 a month plus $125 deductible, I made a claim because the termostato wasnt working properly and the A/C was OFF , I made and appointment for Monday and because the rain they canceled it and move the appointment for Thursday evening, so after a day my A/C starts working again, so I call the company to let them know that my A/C is working again, they told me they would need to send a technician out to check it anyway because already paid $125 , so this Guy Name **** came to see it, and he just took pictures of the furnace and he said everything is working fine lol , he told of something happen I have 180 days to call for any issues, after. A weeA/C and termostato went out again, so I cal the company and CinCh and they told me because the technician said nothing was wrong with the A/C they would cover any issues with that!! So I call the company and they told I have to paid $75 for the service.because the CiNCH wont cover another service for that.

This is the worst customer service I've ever had. I ended up with them because my Home Warranty selected them. The inside component of my HVAC system needed replacing. They finally did it, but charged me $700 that the Home Warranty wouldn't cost, without providing any evidence that they wouldn't. Then, the repair man broke my bathroom light fixture. He didn't mention it, and I only noticed because I found a shard of glass on my floor. When I called the company to complain about it, they insisted on sending someone out to inspect. What was there to inspect? The guy cleaned up the rest of the glass except this one piece. Now, it has been over a month since they inspected their own work, and I STILL haven't been reimbursed for the damage they caused. I've been on hold now for over 30 minutes. I called on Friday, and the woman assured me the supervisor would call me first thing Monday. I called at 11:30am Monday, and she assured me he would call as soon as he got into the office in the afternoon. Now, it's Tuesday, and I can't seem to get through to anyone. I wish I could give them zero stars. This has just been the worst experience. They don't even have a place on ****** to leave a terrible review of them. If your home warranty assigns them your work, refuse and demand a different company.

Texas ac and heat recruited by choice warranty. The person kept me waiting all day and finally came 6 pm and stated that my ac needs electrician. I Found my ac unit is running but not cooling. The person wanted his 100 dollars fee and promised to send electrician. I was puzzled by his explanations that my ac unit is running and he said no electricity. I found this company is fraudulent business ethics. Choice warranty send me another company to fix the ac and found no electricity issues. It was ***** gas leak and Texas ac and heat person didnt spend even 5 minutes and collected his fees and left. Later, I requested choice warranty to cancel call with texas ac and heat and send different company. I found them fraudulently making money out of home owners ignorance.

Choice Warranty engaged Texas ********* on 8/18/2022, they came to analyze/inspect the issue on 8/23 and found no issue in my AC unit and recommended no action to be taken to Choice Warranty. On 8/24 AC stopped working and when called Texas AC and Heat, technician came back on same evening and found that blower motor needs a replacement which Choice warranty denied as the unit is under manufacturer warranty. I called Texas AC and heat and they charged $595 on 8/26 to get the parts from ****** and fix it. I called back on 8/31 to get the status of replacement i was put on hold for 26mins and responded back that they need to talk to manager and get back to me which they didnt. I called back on 9/1 for status update and first I was that they are waiting on choice warranty, when i asked why are you waiting on choice warranty when i paid $595 from my pocket then they put me on hold for 30mins and came back saying technician has S/N number of part and when I questioned back they said they are waiting on ******. I called ****** again and they confirmed no one claimed for the parts for the S/N.

The front desk resource was very rude and we have to listen only to her. on 8/26 I asked if i get any discount the response was first pay 50% of the charge and then only she can talk.

I am still waiting to get this fixed or get back my money sooner so i can engage another company. Very painful and cheating.

Sir we do apologize but this is warranty through Lennox and due to the holiday weekend it is taking an extra couple of days. We have you on schedule for 09/08 to be able to install this part.

Thanks for responding. I highly recommend you to review my file and get the dates straight. It is not because of holiday weekend. Below is how it happened

08/18/2022 Issue was reported to you by choice warranty
8/23/2022 Texas AC & Heat, checked and responded back to choice warranty that no issue in the unit
8/24/2022 I called Texas AC & Heat that AC is not working
8/24/2022 Texas AC& Heat technician stopped by and sent investigation details back to Choice home warranty that blower motor is bad and needs to be replaced
8/25/2022 Choice home warranty declined saying unit is under manufacturer warranty
8/26/2022 I called Texas AC & Heat, negotiate the price to pay from my pocket with no luck and paid $298 on 8/26/2022 morning (11AM EST)
8/31/2022 I called Texas AC &Heat to follow-up and put on hold for about 30 mins and they told me that they will talk to manager and update me back
9/1/2022 I called Texas AC & Heat to follow-up again, i was put on hold for about 35 mins and told choice warranty declined. When i asked why did you collect $298 on 8/26 from me if you are working with Choice Warranty again 10 to 15 mins hold, came back to say they don't have the AC unit S/N to apply for warranty. They will work with technician in the evening and apply for parts
9/2/2022 Called back for follow-up and that's when Texas AC and Heat started the paper work with Lennox for parts.

My Question is, why incorrect information is being passed when i call and even now you told that its because of holiday weekend. What happened between 8/26 and 9/2? you took my money on 8/26 and did what?
Its okay, mistakes happen and we all are human. Just accepting the mistake and fixing it will make things better. I need an explanation for the miss (you wasted my 1 week and made me to spend lot of time on phone) and how are you going to compensate it?

Thanks, if your business told these timelines and customer service that you provide before getting my money as a customer I have more option in the market. I haven't got any receipt from your business till date (9/19/22) for the money you charged me on 8/24/22, 8/26/22 and on 9/8/22 even after 4 follow-ups. Something fishy with this company. Probably i have to notify IRS that Texas AC and Heat is not giving me the receipt for the money they took from me.

I will not renew my choice warranty because of Texas AC and Heat.

I wish 0 stars could be given to Texas AC and Heat, but since it's not possible, 1 star it is. This company is HORRIBLE, please stay sawy. Our house warranty contracted them to fix our AC unit. A technician showed up the day after we filed our claim, and were told that the motor was broken and since it wasn't available locally, it would have to be ordered straight from the company. Our home warranty approved the part immediately. By our 17th day without AC, in three digits Texas weather, the company started avoiding our calls and hanging up on both me (which, I admit, was very frustrated and demanded answers) and my husband (who was very polite and soft spoken). We were continuously told the part would arrive 3-10 business days, but that THERE WAS NO WAY TO KNOW IF IT HAD SHIPPED OR NOT. This was irritating, how did a $1,200 part not have some type of shipping notification or order status?????? It's 2022, even our food order is trackable. On day 17th, after no contact or update from Texas AC and Heat, we contacted our own company, A#1 Air. Wow! They came the day after, and our AC's part (ordered directly from the same company) arrived and was installed within 36 hours from the time we contacted them. Our A#1 technician even shared his cell phone number with us and told us to call him any time, 24/7 if we had any issues or questions! Please use A#1 Air or any other company, don't waste your time and mental health on this unprofessional company. I will continue to let our friends and colleagues know about our terrible experience and service we received from Texas AC and Heat.
