Airco is a dependable, professional company. I have done business with them about 10 years. Service is great with no negatives. I bought my HVAC after a storm and they helped me determine the best unit for the price. I've been with this company for many years. They are nice people, never try to push you to pay for extra things you don't need at the time of service. They give you heads up about the status of your unit and give you advice. They quote you for suggested fixes. They service DFW and surrounding areas. AirCo was able to schedule same day service to fix our heating unit. Our technician arrived on time. ***** was knowledgeable and courteous. He checked the heating system thoroughly and was able to make repairs in a timely fashion. He explained the issue and the cause of the problem. AirCo was OUTSTANDING from the initial telephone conversation (when our heater went out unexpectedly on Saturday); to **** coming over Monday to our house and sincerely put us in a financial place we needed to be; to **** and ***** doing an AMAZING install Thursday that exceeded our expectations, we HIGHLY recommend then for your HVAC future needs.
