      ************************* visited me for our first appointment on 1/24/2024 to discuss work to be done and cost. He was anxious to get my business. I paid the total cost upfront. Big mistake. He repeatedly did not show up for scheduled appointments or contact me to explain or reschedule for many weeks. Roof repair did not begin until 2/21/2023. Roof treatment #1 for algae removal was performed on 2/24/2023. He was a no show again on both 4/25/2023 or 5/22/2023 for roof treatment #2. Again, no contact for a very long time. Roof treatment #2 was finally rescheduled for 6/8/2023, but at no specific time. A man drove up to my gate in a white unmarked truck and proceeded to walk onto my property uninvited. I did not know who he was, he did not honk his horn first, and he did not introduce himself until my son asked what was his business here. He said he was here to treat the roof. My son advised him that he had violated the law by coming onto my personal property like he did. I learned that ***** had texted me that he was sending someone, but I did not see that text until later that day. A prudent and professional businessman would have made a personal call to my cell phone number to discuss. The text message informed me that he was sending someone, but did not say who it would be or what time he would arrive. It was very unprofessional. I had already experienced so many delays and excuses for not keeping appointments. I allowed ****** employee to perform the 2nd roof treatment, and then he left. A 3rd and final treatment was to be done about 2 months later. Instead, ***** texted me that he was never coming back to complete the work because of what happened that day. He then blocked my cell phone number and ghosted me. He also did not return to finish 2 other jobs that I had paid for. I cannot possibly give him a good review on ******** or anywhere else. My experience was just horrendous, work, not finished and roof still leaking. My money was stolen.

      This is a very untrue statement. 

      All labor we have done has been paid in full, we have invoices, transactions and messages to prove so. And she mentioned it would be weeks or months that we wouldnt go perform any labor on task she wanted done well thats because ****** would contact champion to see if they can get the work done since they built the house. Which put everything at a halt. I was also waiting for an answer. I even went out of my way to contact champion homes and there insurance team to see what they can do to help. Free of charge. 

      we also have messages confirming a ************* for my workers to show up and perform a roof treatment. We dont always call customers we most of the time send a text notification that our workers are on the way. Which she knew because we sent a text notification on other jobs we completed for her. Never has been a problem and does great for all customers who cant answer the phone or are sleeping or even at work. 

      when my men showed up they showed up on the date and time confirmed by the owner. When my guys called me to tell me that her son kept threatening to shoot them and telling them about every ***** minutes that they are lucky that he didnt have a gun on him at the moment I immediately told the guys to be respectful, responsive and to finish the job as fast as possible but do it right as planned then go ahead and leave right away and I will speak with the customer. When I spoke with the owner I told her we will not be coming back to do any more task for her as I am not comfortable with my men going back out to her property. All jobs were paid in full and nothing was left on the board but estimates. About a month later she sends me a link to my phone randomly of the purple stripe in a yard on which she has rights to shoot anyone on her property. Once she sent that I just immediately blocked her. We hold our men and company at a very high professional level but stuff like this we do not tolerate.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      No one was threatened with being shot, and there was no mention of a gun. It was blown out of proportion when related to ***** by his employee. He came onto my property, uninvited, not identified in a white unmarked pick up truck. My son was simply protecting me. Some of his allegations are true, and several are false. I just want my money back for the third roof treatment that he did not perform. If he has paperwork showing that he actually performed a third roof treatment as promised and paid for, that would be a different matter, but he cannot prove it unless he fabricated it. He did not finish my closet ceiling, he did not repair the leak located at the exhaust fan in my laundry room and he did not perform the third and final roof treatment for algae which should have happened in September. Ghosting a customer instead of doing the right thing like, maybe an apology at least, is what a prudent, professional businessman would do. He is just one I have several contractors that have ripped me off in the last seven years.

      my men were threatened multiple times, one of my guys had actually had me on speaker and I can clearly here your son threatening my men. I heard your son say word for word. I dont know where yall are from but where ** from, theres no questions asked we will just gun you down and toss you on the road 

      then he mentioned that in ******* we dont ask questions 

      we did not come onto your property uninvited, we had a schedule date and time to be there to do your roof treatment. We send messages every time a driver is headed to any location. 

      also may I see some type of proof that the area we fixed on the roof is still leaking? We had first fixed the patch, ran water constantly over the area and did the roof washes and there were no leaks. Also had a few rainy storms after and no leaks detected which you stated when we talked on the phone. 

      and for the leak from the vent, we were not scheduled to fix the leak and there was no money paid towards that. You wanted us to come and inspect the vent which we did and give you a price to fix it. But that day was the day everything went on with your son and my employees. 

      The third roof wash came free with the first 2 washes but to resolve all matters, we can just divide the amount into 3 and refund you a 1/3 of that amount with a check through the mail

      I am rejecting this response because:
      By your own words, *************************, you confirm that my son only spoke about what is done in *******. No threats were made toward your employee and he clearly misrepresented to you what occurred that day. I dont believe for a moment that he had you on speakerphone. I was there, I saw everything and I heard every word. My property is clearly posted No Trespassing and Beware of Dog which was totally ignored. Also, contrary to what you say, there was no set appointment time and no name provided for the person who was going to show up to do the third roof treatment. I had no idea who was coming onto my property or why. There was no indication whatsoever who the person was or why he was coming onto my property uninvited. He showed up in a white unmarked pickup truck and did not introduce himself until my son asked him to state his business. Even though you promised to return to finish my closet ceiling, and to inspect why a brown stain appeared on the ceiling after your attempt at repair, you never returned, and the job looks shoddy and unprofessional because the finish is lumpy, not smooth. I have pictures and I sent those pictures to you. As far as the leaking exhaust fan, you have a video of rain dropping from it into my laundry room.  A leak does not automatically stop leaking without the source being repaired. Your employee said he sealed it again even though you had told me that you had already sealed it, but it leaked after he left. I am done arguing with you. I want the money I paid for the third roof treatment and money that I will have to pay another contractor to fix the leak and finish my closet ceiling properly.  If the brown stain is because the roof is still leaking, I will need compensation for that as well. You gave me a price for three roof treatments, and NEVER said that the third treatment was free.
