This business owner is absolutely horrible and unprofessional! My car was towed, and after picking it up I noticed significant undercarriage problems. I immediately contacted the business to share this concern with the owner. I asked for the name of his insurance company. He indicated that he is not accepting any responsibility for the damage and refused to give me the requested information. I told him that is fine, he could share that information with his insurance company, but I still have a right to file a claim and the owner again refused to provide the insurance information and hung up on me. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this business!!Review from Larry B

Used the ************* ** location. Company refused my insurance company calls to move my vehicle from the tow yard for a week. Then charged storage fees. Sent me a bill for one amount but charged my insurance company double that amount to move the car. Refuses to answer my calls or return my voice mail. Beware!
