On September 28, 2017 and October 18, 2017, BBB wrote to American Flag Store.com, Inc. regarding a pattern of complaints in which consumers allege they place orders online for products shown to be in stock and receive confirmation of their order; however, the products are not delivered in a timely manner. Complainants further allege their payment method is charged before shipping occurs. When they call inquiring as to why their order has not been delivered, the business gives excuses such as: warehouse delays, staffing, equipment/manufacturing issues and items are out of stock. The business then offers to expedite delivery; or process a refund, but does not follow through.
Although the business has not eliminated the underlying cause of the complaint patterns, they are making efforts to address and resolve some complaints previously closed as unanswered. BBB will continue to monitor and update this portion o the business profile as information is received.
