    The worst service department I have ever been a part of. I dont have anything good to say about the service or lack there of. Service vehicle light was still on after they serviced my vehicle. Im not sure if anything was serviced at all on my vehicle to be honest. Just a waste of time and money. I would definitely advise anyone to avoid this location for service of your vehicle!

    The finance manger is wonderful! However, before you buy a luxury car that was used make sure to do a full walk around such as looking at the buttons for certain things such as the the truck button, SOS button and etc. Look at the rims. I was young and didn’t know much of course. Don’t just look at it at night see it in the day. And be patient and make sure you have a good sales person preferably not David he doesn’t try to help his clients out at all. I’m very frustrated and upset about this whole situation I wish I would’ve just went to Mercedes Benz but they didn’t have any of the cars I wanted in stock. I’m so frustrated and the amount of money that I’m paying and I just got this car a month ago it’s crazy.

    We had a great experience with Robert and his team. We were purchasing the car from out of state and Robert was very helpful and informative. It can be nerve wracking buying a car from 13 hours away and Robert really eased our minds. Thanks to the West Houston team - Ben T

    No one, I am ******. I purchased this car because you told me you had driven it, and you would not sell the vehicle if it was not working properly. That was a lie. The car has been having issues from day one. I contacted Branson and explained to him. He gave me the cold shoulder. The battery went out on the vehicle, the brakes started squealing on day 3, the engine light is on, the system controls are not reading properly to find out what the problem is. The car won't stay charged. I continue to have to get a jump for 4 day straight. I still have not been called about the supposeably part you ordered for my vehicle. The vehicle starts then shuts off without notice. I will be reporting this to DMV. I used to be an investigator for DMV and I investigated car dealerships. I will be filling a report against your agency.

    I took my 2006 Range Rover sports for service to this dealership. I didn’t have any issues just wanted do to check oil , brakes the normal. I end up spending 1200 dollars got my vehicle home the next day it wouldn’t start this never happened until I took my car to this dealership… now have all types of problems in which I believe they think I will bring my vehicle back so they can make the money never again will I trust this dealership I spent 1200 just to have my vehicle stop on me something must be done about this I’m very unhappy with there service

    I purchased a car from this dealership in April of 2021. I've had severe maintenance issues and have had it into the dealership or other Land Rover dealerships seven times. After their service tech Edwin failed to fix my issue after two separate trips in; I was told to reach out to Aubrey Cook the Service Manager. I am now 23 texts, 9 calls and still ZERO follow up on my issue. He has stopped responding and is pretty much no longer helping in my giant lemon of a vehicle. It seems with this dealership that when they can't fix, or have a solution they stop communication all together. Do NOT buy here. The true test of a dealership is how they respond when there is an issue. This place is terrible. Don't buy from them as if there is any issue they'll abandon you at the first chance they get. I'm filing a claim tomorrow with the BBB, Attorney General of Texas and exploring my legal options as this vehicle I bought is a giant ****.
