Found that they supposedly had a truck in was looking for so I contacted them about it and put a down payment for the truck. Drove 3 hours one way to pick up the truck( called before I left home) got there and they say the truck got sent back and that they can get me in another truck that's not even there for $15,000 more than what I went there for. Told them to just give me my money back but the account not in office at them moment. And the ran my credit 3 times will they was supposed to be seeing about the truck I went there for. They are scammers. And I still have yet to get my down payment back.Strawberry Road Auto Sales, LLC

We apologize for the confusion or miscommunication that may have happened on this deal. We try to help everyone out but sometimes situations arise with the vehicles which don't allow for us to finalize a deal with the customer. After further review we have authorized your refund and the office will contact you about it. We look forward to assisting you and doing business with you in the future, thank you.Review fromTravis F

1 starHad a 2018 Cadillac xt5 listed online for $13,990. I called about the vehicle and the guy told me the price was $17,980. I said it was listed for $13k and he said it sure is. I asked if he would honor the online price and he said no. Then asked me if I’ve bought a car in the last 3 years because I had no clue how car sales works. **** ** *** ****** **** ** *** **** ***Review fromAmbonisha Y

I purchased a 2014 ******** *** from this dealership and only seven days I had to replace a tire and the key fob to the vehicle. I call the dealership to tell them about the key fob to the car and he (David) suggested that he send out a locksmith to replace the key fob to the vehicle I call out a 24-hour locksmith to come replace the key fob because I felt that he (David) at the dealership was not going to call me back to send out the locksmith. This morning, I went to the dealership to try and get reimburse me my money or replace a tire on the money it sent on the key fob he was not in the office, and I call him later that day to talk about things and him (David) hung up the phone in my face. They don't care about women customer that came lone without a male and try to get over on us. I do understand when you get a car as-in it is only you to get the repair done to it, but I feel if you sales someone a car with bad tires on it at less you could put cheap tires on the vehicle before you sales it, if the customer only had the vehicle seven days.Strawberry Road Auto Sales, LLC

We apologize for the confussion or miscomunication that may have happened during your transaction. However, as you specified above all vehicles are sold "As-Is" and this is a document that is posted and signed on each vehicle and transaction. We often try to help on what we can by offering our cost from our providers over to our customers. I can ensure you we DO NOT take advantage of "women that came lone without a male" as you are stating on your review. We do business with plenty of men and women that shop alone and every single one of them gets treated in the same manner. We are company with integrity and respect and apologize if you felt that way. We look forward to doing business with you again.Review fromLakeyia H

I was sold a lemon the end of last year, I still haven't driven it for a full week. They said they fixed it but as soon as I left I started having issues and they refused to fix it after they claimed to have fixed it after I took it back to them. I go to two different mechanics and both are telling me I need a transmission. They knew what they were selling me, the car is pretty but there are issues they should have fixed or at least told me about the car. I don't recommend anyone going here. It also took the a long time to get my title to me, the date on it let's me know it was filed late. The paper tag was almost a month expired before I got my title, and I still can't get the inspection done in the current state. I paid for the car in full and the way that they dismissed my concerns is infuriating. I was told they wouldn't work on it because they already worked on it, and this was days after I picked it up from them "fixing it". I'm currently seeking legal action, according to the laws in Texas to either get my money back or another vehicle. It's been 5 months and haven't gotten to even drive it.Strawberry Road Auto Sales, LLC

Hello, this vehicle was sold "As-Is" and in good faith just like all of our vehicles. Before your purchase you got an opportunity to drive your vehicle and inspect it. You decided to move forward with the sale and so did we. Although the vehicle was sold "As-Is" and any and all repairs after the fact are your responsibility, we still went above and beyond to help you by paying out of our pocket to fix the vehicle for you. However, we can not continue to pay for you every time your vehicle has an issue. We have already put our best foot forward to make the best out of this situation. The ownership responsibility is yours. If you are still unhappy with the vehicle, we can offer you an elevated trade in value as well as a discount for any vehicle of your choice that we have in inventory. Please let us know if you would to be contacted to move forward with trading you out of this vehicle, thank you.Review fromJo M

1 starVery dishonest dealership. I saw a car advertised on Car Gurus for $7,494.00 and they up the price to $10,994 because they want to add a $2,500 car warranty that I do not need and I dont want to buy. They will not sell me the car for the price listed on Car Gurus. They are very misleading and waste our time and their time. Do not do business with this company!Review fromChenita B
