DO NOT DO IT! The appliances were never delivered to me, Im STILL being charged months later as if I have the washer/dryer! No actual phone number that is ever answered, no email response, I literally CAN NOT take my information off of their website. It has to be fake! Hundreds of dollars that Im fighting for that I will probably never see again!!!!Review from Mary F

****************** is a mess. At best you'll get lucky and the delivery will go off without a hitch, and the units will be working the first time. Mine did, so I was happy at first. Note, you'll never get newer/nicer units on their website. They use old machines, and they'll look sorta beat up. But mine worked okay.After the setup, good luck EVER getting in contact with them again. I called for weeks trying to cancel, it ended up taking a full month for them to pick them up. I almost violated my lease agreement because I was completely moved out and these were still in there. The owner called me to argue and fight with me about getting the payment for this extra month, even though I hadn't even used them. I hadn't even seen them in a month! Nice job ruining any business credibility and ******* off a customer over $45. I paid it because I needed to get off the phone and I was sick of ********* ***** excuses and poor values.Oh, and now 10 months later I start getting texts that 'your latest payment failed' and voicemails that they're going to send my account to collections? I settled the last balance, clearly your accounting and billing systems on the backend are also unorganized.I'm surprised you haven't been sued yet.Review from Promod R

This place will cause you to lose your religion. No physical address can be found for them in ******. There is nothing on ****** Maps for the company so the reviews on their website have to be fake. You can never speak with anyone at the company; they hide behind an answering service who will ask you every time if your number is ***-***-****? Which is really the company number, and they don't even know that. I waited all day for delivery and got a text after the deadline telling me my delivery was put out several days. No call, no nothing! Not sure I will ever get my refund. Don't waste your good sense and money with these folks.
