      Terrible experience with Ticketweb. I bought tickets on March 13 for a show on May 14, two months in advance. The show time changed from 7pm to 6pm, which prevented us from going. We decided to sell our tickets, but we were surprised when we hadn't received them two days before the show. When I emailed Ticketweb, they made me jump through hoops to get my tickets, asking for additional information. All I wanted was to receive the tickets I purchased.I didn't get them until 7 hours before the show and was unable to sell them in that time. I wasted $227. I will never order tickets through this company again.

      I purchased tickets and never received them, but they took out a total of 12 charges out of my account totalling *******. Couldnt call them no one answers the phone so I emailed. They emailed back and said they didnt have anything on file even though the debit says Ticketweb. Such a bunch of bs! They should not be allowed in business. Do not use them ever

      If I could give zero stars I would. What an absolute scam. I purchased a total of 10 VIP tickets for comedy show. Email hasn’t arrived with actual tickets and I’m locked out of the app. The number I was able to find online for customer service has a message we are unable to help at this time. Emails went unanswered and when I finally did get a response they said they only offer help with UK events. I finally called TicketMaster as TicketWeb is a subsidiary of TM and they were absolutely no help. Unbelievable companies like this are allowed to do business. I will never buy tickets through them again

      I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Ticketweb. As a platform that serves as a primary gateway for purchasing event tickets, I expected a seamless process and adequate customer support. Unfortunately, I encountered neither. While attempting to purchase tickets, I was met with an error message that made the transaction impossible to complete. I immediately reached out to Ticketweb's only available customer service channel—email. The response I received was disheartening and unhelpful. I was instructed to contact my bank, which I promptly did, only to confirm that the issue was not on their end. Ticketweb then suggested I visit the venue in person to purchase tickets. This is an entirely unreasonable solution, particularly since I do not live in the same state as the venue. The lack of accessible, real-time customer support, such as a phone line or live chat, is inexcusable for a platform handling time-sensitive purchases. To make matters worse, the unhelpful suggestions provided feel more like a deflection of responsibility than an attempt to resolve the issue. Additionally, I can't help but suspect that this issue may be a tactic to push customers toward higher-tier ticket options, as the tier-one option I was attempting to purchase will soon upgrade to tier-two pricing. This practice is not only frustrating but comes across as deliberately exploitative. I urge Ticketweb to improve its customer service infrastructure and address its error-prone system immediately. Consumers deserve transparency, reliability, and real support—none of which I have experienced with your platform.

      TicketWeb sold me VIP tickets for the ****** *** in Garden Grove, California under false pretenses. They claimed there would be no waiting in lines and also claimed that I would get balcony seating. I paid more than double the price of general admission. There was no express lines nor balcony seating. The balcony consisted of 6 junky seats that were all taken. When I asked for a refund for the difference of general admission and the fictitious "VIP seating", I was denied.

      This business is a scam. When I purchased my ticket for the original date the next day I was sent an email with the wrong date. I did reply back to explain what happened. The reply was that we sold out on Thursday morning for that date. Any tickets purchased for the other date was automatically sent for Friday night. I requested a refund and was told they would not do a refund. Very frustrating they would change the date that I purchased without telling me or updating the website

      Worst customer service ever! I emailed them about an issue with them not processing my credit card. Kept saying it was not valid. I called card company - no issues, not over the limit or even close to limit. Ticketweb was not willing to resolve issue and the show I wanted to buy tix for sold out. They said they were forwarding it on and would get back to me, that was over 2 weeks ago.

      I ordered tickets for the Improve through there website. I picked the father's day show. There system changed the date for the Sat show. I tried to reach out to Ticketweb via phone got a voice mail. Then I sent message via email customer service. They did not respond until Monday. I ask if we could just go to the venue with our Sat tickets for Sun, I got NO response. So once they did contact me I ask for at least a partial refund because there system switched the day, and they did not get back with me in a timely manner. I was told no refund. I advise you NOT to order any tickets from this company. Oh and it is saying it is a ************ company, I also contacted them. I was told that Ticketweb is a affiliated company and they could not help me either.

      I purchased tickets for JP Cooper in Nashville and was told the concert was postponed and I could not get a refund. I called the phone number listed and got a recording saying there was no one available. I then went to the website and emailed them. I explained that I may not be available on the new date. I was told the promoter for the show was not offering refunds. Evert tine I email them I received a computer generated answer. I still have not been provided the promoter name or event coordinator info. How do we submit an official complaint to the BBB?

      Bought tickets for the wrong event asked for exchange they said no. Also doesn't do refunds. Clicked on Black Thorne event got Manchester event. No help what so ever. I wish bands held their ticket vendors accountable. I will message Saliva and Drowning pool and point this out. It's a 250 mile difference in venue and literally a day difference. Not happy missed the concert due to this bull shit. Was visiting a friend for his birthday and wanted to go to a show with him. Now I'm out 118 and have no tickets. 2 tickets $35 plus tax.
