Got a call from my area code by a man identified themselves as working for Eagle Natural Resources. They asked if I were accredited. I said I didn't know what that meant. Then they just disconnected the call. I called the number back and got the guy on the line again, who didn't know who I was. I said he had just hung up on me and I didn't know why. So of course.. he hung up on me. Great company. Good luck.

I noticed that you reported on the Better Business Bureau website that you had a less than positive experience with a member of our investor outreach team. I would like you to know that based on your comment, we have adjusted our automated dialing system and conducted additional training with our callers - he should not have hung up on you.

At Eagle Natural Resources, we drill for oil. We operate wells through our subsidiary drilling company and we purchase non-operating working and revenue interest alongside major producers. Because of the risk/reward nature of oil production, regulators require investors in these ventures to be accredited investors, which for an individual means either (a) have a net worth greater than $1 million, not including primary residence; or (b) have a annual income of $200,000 ($300,000 if a married couple) for the last two years and an expectation of the same income for the next year. This is the information our caller should have conveyed to you.

Unfortunately, the outreach individual who called you back in November did not take the time to explain this to you. Please accept my apologies for this interaction and my reassurance that this is not reflective of the company, its owners, or the employees.

***************** of Eagle Natural Resources just called my house and asked to talk to my husband. When I asked ***************** what Eagle Natural Resources does, he told me it was none of my business and to let him speak to my husband.

Our caller had your husband's name from a database of potential accredited investors and the purpose of the call was to introduce him to investment opportunities with Eagle Natural Resources. We have since reinforced with our callers that investment decisions are often a joint decision of a married couple, not usually by only one spouse.
