    I had a terrible experience at Metal Majic Auto Hail and ***************** Their customer service is horrible, and they have no respect for customers.After they fixed my car, the collision warning light came on. When I went back, they made excuses, claiming they didnt touch iteven though they worked on the collision. ****** rudely interrupted my conversation with ***** (who wasnt that bad) and started talking nonsense about my car being dirty. He even followed me outside like he wanted to fight, while ******** **** and another woman (who even pushed me) were completely unprofessional. Instead of solving the issue, ******* threatened to call the police and faked it, thinking Id get scared.They also lied about my rental coverageKay told me my insurance extended it, but that was a lie. I had to pay $330 out of pocket, and only after a long fight did ***** (the owner) refund me. They also sent my car to another shop for suspension work without telling me.This place is dishonest, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Avoid them at all costs.

We take all feedback seriously and would like to address the situation.Regarding your rental charges, our policy is that we do not cover rental costs for collision-related work, which was explained at the time of service. Our records show that we attempted multiple times to have you bring the vehicle back so our technicians could properly diagnose and address the collision warning light, but you declined these appointments. We have documented recordings of these conversations.We strive to maintain professional interactions with all customers and regret that you felt your experience did not meet these standards. Our team made every effort to resolve the issue with your vehicle, including offering additional diagnostic appointments which were not accepted.If you would like to discuss this matter further or schedule a time to bring your vehicle in for inspection, please contact our service department directly.     ******** came to my house, told me that he would talk to my insurance. He had me sign a piece of paper that he told me was giving him authority to talk to my insurance on my behalf. Upon reading the fine print with a magnifying glass, it was a work order authorizing him to do the repair.

    You are correct, we have a work order that authorizes our company to speak with your insurance and do repairs on your vehicle once the vehicle is at the shop. We do not do any repairs until the insurance has an approval for repairs and if your vehicle is at our shop. I am sorry for the confusion on the work order.
