1 starI was very disappointed and very dissatisfied with the get it now on 76th and mill road, l have a washer and dryer from them and my washer has been out of fix for over a month now, they been doing a lot of lying, saying they coming to fix it but never do, none of them out there are professional at all, l been calling every other day, they continue to lie and play games, with me and lm tired of it, l asked for corporate number several times,they wouldnt give it to me, been dealing with this over a month would like something done about this asap, my name is ******Review fromAja J

Rent a center in *********, **. ************************* held my bottom bed panels after I waited a month to get them because of the payment that wasnt in my account at an specific time on the due date so they held my panels until the payment dropped which it was on autopay. They were very disrespectful and inconsiderate and sorry to say it was my own color ( black folks) smh. Ill never rent from them again!!!Rent-A-Center, Inc.

I have asked rent a center a week after I started renting to come pick up their items. Actually, lets start at the beginning. I went to Rent-A-Center and they had me pay two weeks even though there was a deal that said pay one dollar for the first week. She said oh no, thats not real. Then she had me pay for two weeks and then told me she wouldnt be able to deliver the couch until the following week. They promised a three day delivery. I wouldve had to wait 8 days? No. I rented a truck and moved the furniture myself. Less than a week later I realize I dont like the couches and I know they have a worry free guarantee, which means they will pause payments and pick up the furniture if I dont like it. She refuses to come pick up the couches. Ive been calling. Ive been emailing and they refuse to pick up the couch and she says shes so busy. Now theyre charging my card. I have too much going on in my life for this stress.Rent-A-Center, Inc.

They called and literally told my wifes employees about her debt have in debt information on certain things they shouldnt have!Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA):This federal law protects consumers from abusive, deceptive, and unfair debt collection practices. Recently wanted a purchase a mattress in store I told them that I wanted a new mattress and they set me up with a plan system for one of their models and upon delivery realize it was all stained and it was the floor model when they told me that this would be brand new and have me pay retail price for itRent-A-Center, Inc.

I went to this store in April to rent a gaming computer the computer does not work properly. I returned it and got another computer which also is not working ********************* a lack of concern for the products they are leasing especially there computers very bad service.Rent-A-Center, Inc.

I'm behind in my rent a center payments and they are harassing me they even showed up to my work today and almost got me fired so this isn't okay yes I understand that they wanted a check and I wasn't going to give them that until I handed it to the manager in person this behavior isn't okayRent-A-Center, Inc.

I worked for store 0408 for ***. It started off pretty decent at first but over time the habits of my boss and the ones he chose for management become an issue. First off was the drug use and the dosing of drugs in employee drinks. Either as a joke or to "chill" out the manager was dangerous and uncomfortable to witness. Second. In one occasion my boss and the ** agreed to steal money from a past due because they found out her pin to one of her credit cards. HR report brought nothing of this and swept it under the rug. Third. To be a part of the culture and not be picked at you had to tolerate racist talk and slurs to be able to be liked there. If you didn't you were treated differently and like you weren't a decent human being. Fourth. My boss had relations with all of his female employees or solicited **** photos of them at one point. HR didn't take this seriously either. Overall rent a center in ******* is a dangerous culture and you have to either be a part of the problem or find your way out.Rent-A-Center, Inc.

The manager is very disrespectful and treats her employees like trash I saw it when I came into the store. She is very unprofessional and doesnt know how to resolve conflict. Her name is ****** and she should be fired.Rent-A-Center, Inc.
