      I went to this store in April to rent a gaming computer the computer does not work properly. I returned it and got another computer which also is not working ********************* a lack of concern for the products they are leasing especially there computers very bad service.

      I'm behind in my rent a center payments and they are harassing me they even showed up to my work today and almost got me fired so this isn't okay yes I understand that they wanted a check and I wasn't going to give them that until I handed it to the manager in person this behavior isn't okay

      I worked for store 0408 for ***. It started off pretty decent at first but over time the habits of my boss and the ones he chose for management become an issue. First off was the drug use and the dosing of drugs in employee drinks. Either as a joke or to "chill" out the manager was dangerous and uncomfortable to witness. Second. In one occasion my boss and the ** agreed to steal money from a past due because they found out her pin to one of her credit cards. HR report brought nothing of this and swept it under the rug. Third. To be a part of the culture and not be picked at you had to tolerate racist talk and slurs to be able to be liked there. If you didn't you were treated differently and like you weren't a decent human being. Fourth. My boss had relations with all of his female employees or solicited **** photos of them at one point. HR didn't take this seriously either. Overall rent a center in ******* is a dangerous culture and you have to either be a part of the problem or find your way out.

      The manager is very disrespectful and treats her employees like trash I saw it when I came into the store. She is very unprofessional and doesnt know how to resolve conflict. Her name is ****** and she should be fired.

      I got charged early on the 19 and I didn't get paid till the 25 . Plus I just moved so I'm paying more, I been in and out the hospital . So I don't get that much money and working and they charging an arm and leg . And keep calling and texting while I'm at work and I cannot be on my phone...

      Oh wow, I sure wish I would have seen all of these reviews before going to this location to buy couches. I have been issues with this business for over a month now. I placed my order March 24th, I waited the time it said for delivery, I called after four weeks to get answers, when I called they couldn't give me that, told me they would call me back, two days later no call so I had to call them, the manager had no answers and was rude, told me she would personally call me back, which she did not, I had to reach out again. After, calling back they said my couches were in and they would deliver in a day to make sure everything was good, ok cool! The day came to receive my couches, it was getting to closing time and nothing so once again I called them back to see what was going and how convent the truck was in the shop and wouldn't be out till the next day, ok cool nothing I can do, the next day came again the same thing, so I called or ma'am I'm sorry the truck wont be ready today and its Friday, they don't work on the weekends, we will get you for sure Monday. I have all this proof they did not reach out to me and I had to every time. Well Monday came and they showed up but with the wrong couch, not the one I ordered. So, I went onto my account and everything was changed on there, it showed a different couch and the order date was changed to a date I did not place. I called the store back and they admitted they sent me the wrong couch and it was up to me to back to the store to take care of it. Like WTH you did this not me, I should not have to do that, and you should have not delivered me the wrong order. This is beyond craziness for sure and I am so mad and very disappointed. Then they want me to pay for something I did not order. Very unprofessional and should not happen to people, communication is key and they should be reaching out to me and not the other way around. If I could give a zero I would for sure.

      This place will harass you beyond measure. The staff is condescending and disrespectful. They call your phone back to back multiple times a day, come to your house and beat on the door for hours and refuse to leave. We had to call the police and have the removed from my property because they would not stop beating on my door with small children inside after being 7 days late on a payment. We could all understand if someone hadnt paid in 30 days like any other company but a few days leads to direct and forceful harassment? We had to have the assistant manager removed by police due to his aggressive behavior at my home. Ive never seen such unprofessional and horrible customer service in my life.

      I tried to rent a refrigerator for one month to put in my garage and they would not rent one to me unless I gave them my full Social Security number. I refused obviously. That is so dangerous and I know SS and federal government says to NEVER give your SS number out. A real ****/ racket. This is unlawful.

      This store has gotten down right rediculous with the way they deal with customers! I have rented from ******************** for years and this is about the worst customer service Ive ever had! The way that they blame rents center for their tactics is crazy! I was a 1/2 payment behind! Basically I paid up for one week. They started calling me 4-days after I made the payment for the remaining balance. They called several times, came out to my home three times, even came with a big truck as if they were prepared to remove the rented property from my home if I didnt give them the remaining $80 before the closed. My husband threatened to call the police on them for unnecessary harassment! I have never had anything repossessed from rents venet nor have I EVER BEEN BEHIND on a payment by more than one week! H*** they wont even let you. The way they treat you as if you have stolen property from them is crazy! I would never recommend anyone deal with rent-a center! You are going to pay three times the value of anything you rent from them and they are going to treat you like c*** for only being 1-week behind. The men that work for renta a center are rude and the woman whose supposed to be in charge acts as though she scared of everyone. I will not rent anything else from renta center. ******* has better quality furniture and more pleasant people to deal with. Thank you to ****** for coming to ******* and giving renta center competition.
