I feel bad I ever call them I feel their services for horrible they didn't help me I wish I didn't give them information they didn't complete it by sending me a report to my email like they said wood three times and never did I feel they're shady and I would not recommend anyone going to them. And you know what I didn't trust them. I know at the end in 4 years I could have perfect credit and have less headaches and they wanted me to destroy my credit and have no credit and they're just a bunch of b******* and at the end I would never give them my business in fact I told somebody else that want to go to them do not go to them because it's b*******. I learned a ****** and I know I never call them ever again and I won't recommend them to anybody

I have to say that I've had the best experience with American debt relief, their customer service is on the top, specially if you speak to Mr. ****************** he went above and beyond with his expertise, his dedication to the customer is one of a kind. Mr. **** made sure I understood how the program woks and answered all my concerns, my mind was at ease. I highly recommend American Debt Relief ALL the representatives are well informed and they will make sure your goal to get out of debt is met!

Started with this company about 1.5 years ago. Had 3 accounts to settle, so far 2 are settled. Their sales pitch was 50% of ones total debt would be settled. They told me don't worry about creditors calling. They told me, you'll pay this much per month for 3.5 years So far since joining, one creditor has added $2,000 in interest, took me to court and now I have a judgement against me for $2,000 more than I originally owed Example= debt upon enrollment $16,000 Same debt now =$18,000 Settlement offer from creditor = $14,000 If I accept this. My payments to ADR would have to increase in order to cover it within the 3.5 year schedule And then there are their fees, which are almost as much as 1/2 of the debt. On the example above their fee to settle= approximately $6,000 So if I settled for $14,000 and paid ADR fees it would be $20,000. That's $4,000 more than the original debt of $16,000 owed to the creditor But don't ask them to reduce their fee because of their incompetence and misleading advice, because they just don't care . And now that there is a judgement against me for $18,000. The creditor lawfully doesn't have to negotiate a settlements for less than the judgement amount I just hung up the phone with ADR and they have an, " it's your problem," attitude, even though I just explained to them what I just explained in this review. They are absolutely the worst debt relief company out there and I wish I'd never have encountered them They have an excuse for everything They don't come close to the settlement amount they promise. Their fees are ridiculously high They certainly don't seem to care about you as a client and they don't want to hear anything you have to say. It's way to late for me to transfer to another negotiating company Enrolling with ADR was one of the biggest financial mistakes I've ever made. Save yourself some grief and find a better debt relief company

American debt relief I am a customer for over 3 years I never saw a company with so many incompetent people working there one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing out of nowhere a levy was put on my bank account. This credit card company is notourest for law suits.I have 5 company to settle, I am now down to the last one, and which one is that , the bad credit *** That should have been paid first. I am in limbo now not knowing what to do because they don't have a straight answer, I will contact ********************* to hopefully put me on the right track
