      Do not buy from this company. Customer service is horrendous, product doesn't work as advertised. I wish I could get my money back

      The product does not work and customer service is absolutely terrible!! These collars are expensive which would be fine if the product actually worked. We had four warranty collars. When the first one didn't work I wanted my money back and they said no please just get a different one that one just obviously doesn't work correctly. Long story short they continue to send back a warranty collar, you have to send the one you currently have in before they send you another one which is not helpful at all. By the time it's all said and done your warranty has actually expired and you no longer can get your money back. This is a terrible product. The concept of it is great but the reality is it does not work. Customer service for Halo is absolutely terrible!!!

      Return of this collar is a nightmare. They have a 60 day return policy. Collar was difficult to calibrate, did not hold charge, etc. Very complicated. Started return process within time. First they emailed asking for lots of info i.e. serial number and order number. AND 3 photos of collar. I sent exactly what the example photos requested. Then received another request for 2 more photos showing serial number and front of Halo collar. Return email was blocked. It took a couple of hours to get her email. I reached out to them through every possible suggestion on their website. This cost over $700.00. There are return S&H fees and $25.00 restocking fee. Still haven't received return label. Also,One on One Customer Service sent me to a zoom meeting with no one. Our collar has not been used and in perfect condition. No reason for this to be so difficult. Do not recommend this product.

      On our3rd collar in less then one year. Stops charging. The last one lasted less then a week! Their answer is to send it back and get another one. At this time I think they should just refund our money. They continue with monthly fees even when collar is not working. It is almost like the first iPhone that would not hold a charge....just defective. Would not recommend. Trying to escalate to get out money back

      I ordered my Halo on April 4, 2022 and it was delivered a couple weeks later. I started setting up the collar and going through the training on April 18 and that's when I started noticing problems with the collar. Before I put in on my dog I wanted to test out how consistent the feedback was with the beacon and a fence so I turned on the beacon and made a fence and set up the feedback levels. I was severely disappointed in the accuracy and consistency of the collar. While testing the collar with the beacon, I would rarely get feedback and if I received any feedback is was severely delayed. As for feedback with the fence, it was similar to the experience with the beacon...if I got feedback is was inconsistent and delayed...most of the time I was well beyond the 'fence'/boundary if I got any feedback. I first contacted Halo Support on April 18 with these concerns and kept reading threads on their website to trouble shoot. Over the next week I put in multiple other requests and did not receive a single response and never was able to talk to a single person. I really wanted this collar to work but eventually on April 28 I requested a refund. My refund was eventually processed but I noticed that they did not follow the return policy for the shipping/restocking fee and tax. They held back $40 for restocking/shipping which is correct per the return policy but they also held back an additional $17.19 for tax? On May 12, I sent a message that questioned the legality of holding back that much money for tax and this morning I finally received an email that the $17.19 will also be refunded. My opinion...this company is still in the Research and Development phase but they are charging customers like this is a mature product. I would have paid twice as much for a mature version of this product but the current version is inconsistent and DOES NOT work as advertised. Additionally customer support is non existent...after a week and a half I still didn't receive a single response

      BUYER BEWARE This product does not work. GPS is lagging even after recalibration and is just confusing my dog. I have made THREE requests to return after trying to get customer support, where I waited on the phone, only for a recording to tell me they were "short staffed, goodbye" and also tried to get a zoom call where no-one showed up I paid 700$ for a collar with no support. I emailed that I would be leaving a review here if they did not get back to me by end of business day today. I understand times are tough, but this is a VeRy expensive product that shouldn't be being sold if the manpower to help paying customers isn't t there . I'm taking the time to wrote this so others may not make the same mistake. This company does not have your back and misrepresented itself.

As always the most effective means of contacting a live agent is via the customer dog park. However, I would like to mention that I have personally seen to it your refund request from several days ago where you were in communication with Jon has been approved and a label sent.

      I am happy to report we are revamping our RMA team and processes to ensure that delays such as yours do not continue to occur indefinitely.

      Haven't received our second collar, I have a question about the price and no one will answer emails!! I can't find a phone number anywhere to call. The only reason we ordered this is because Cesar Milan's name is on it. Not happy.
