A few days after my wife died from dementia I listened to a long online lecture about how Primal Labs LP had a solution for "memory and brain health." I was very vulnerable at the time and I signed up for a container that contained capsules that would give me "better memory performance" and "calm and accurate thinking." The brand name is CogniForce. When I got the capsule container in the mail I was shocked to see a tab on the top of the container that says "WARNING. Cancer and Reproductive Harm. ********************** " Primal Labs never told me or probably any other purchaser in ********** that these capsules might cause cancer and reproductive harm. To not tell a purchaser about possible harm is surely fraudulent. I called them on the phone and the person who answered said that I could ignore this. I am now in the process of trying to get alll of my money back. They did give me part of it back but then kept on charging me every month. Who would ever take capsules that might cause cancer?Primal Health, LP

The overall experience should be a minus 10! I ordered a book for this company. I rec'd the book which is worthless. I have attempted to contact the company via phone. Interestingly enough, their phone number does not appear (complete) on my credit card bill I have disputed with Discover. They keep charging my CC a monthly charge of about $60.00 every month. - NOT WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR!! This is a dishonest outfit just taking peoples money!! They whould be shut down!Primal Health, LP

Ive been trying to login to pause. My subscription and the website is telling me I have never signed up. I get charged every month and get product in the mail, but the website is claiming I dont exist. The phone number list on the website goes to an attorney in ******** and I have gotten zero response from ******** and ******** experience with the supplements has been pleasant, but not having truthful. On 9/09/2024 I made a purchase of some supplements for $179.94. Expensive but I thought we would give them a try. I had no idea a scam would follow. Once they had my card on file, all it took was a family crisis to distract me from the monthly recurring charges of $39.97, beginning 21 days after my original purchase, supposedly for a newsletter that IF I did receive, I must of thought it was junk mail and threw it away. Because I had two family members pass away and family surgeries and other crisis things going on, I did not notice the 5x charges until January 27, 2025. I contacted Primal Health and was fortunate to get an honest lady on the phone who was helpful enough to credit back 4 of those charges. When I checked my statement and saw that there were actually 5 charges and 1 was not credited back, I sent an email on 2/03/2025 to support@primalhealthlp. A generic, unidentified Customer Support Team responded back to my email the next day saying, "We have a 60-day policy (for refunds), and we've provided more than that. I responded back to the Customer Support Team with the following email message..."It should be a 60-day refund on authorized purchases but the $39.97 was not an authorized purchase that I would expect to be refunded. If you are not going to refund the 5th $39.97 then please provide full details of why this charge occurred, what it was for, and proof of authorization. Your response is unexpected as we are still using your product and it compromises doing future business with you when this has caused a lack of trust. Thank you for **************** date, there has been no response to the last email asking why this charge occurred, what it was for, and proof of authorization. Its possible someone with ethics from the company may read this and give me the $39.97 they owe me back like they should do but, if not, it was worth my time and expense to warn other consumers. Terrible terrible business. Zero stars if it were possible. After my initial 3 bottles they sent 3 more a few months later and charged my cc $420. Ive called at least 6 times getting a different person each time. Ive been told theyll send me an email with a return authorization code and instructions on where to return the product. Theyve never sent an email. Each time I call they say it may be in your spam folder. Of course it isnt. Ive given them a second email address since I never received any emails from them at the first one. The most recent call she said shed have the email sent within 30 mins to an hour. She even sent me a practice email which I received to make sure they had the 2nd email correct. After that, NOTHING!!! This company is a scam and should be shut down. Im seriously considering a class action lawsuit. Ive spoken to a lawyer and he said we would have a decent case after so many attempts to get my refund. The company has contacted me. Thank you to Ms. ********** She saw that I had been overcharged for items not sent as well as had made multiple attempts at returning the items I had received. She gave me an immediate refund for the items not sent. In addition she was able to send me the email so the return label could be printed. IT ONLY TOOK ONE ATTEMPT and I received it in my email. I have returned the item and ************ said the remaining charges will be refunded when they receive the package. She was extremely kind, understanding and professional even when I wasnt very nice. She also gave me her direct number and extension in case there were any problems with the refunds. Ordered 1xbottle of pills that totalled ******. And they charged me also for a ************ pill *****. I saw the charge te next day, 1/6/25. Was told iv we oud get the full ***** refund and ****** for the primal lift, you know restocking fee. Each time I call the amounts chane. They are back e d up in billing, shorthanded. No one can call or email the ***** Been told they will investigate, it's going on 3 months. I call weekly and just get more. Bs from them. So please don't use this ***************. Where is the zero star icon? This is the worst group of con artists i have ever dealt with. The customer service is deplorable. Promises, promises and not one of them fulfilled. I bought 3 bottles of suppliments from them. 30 day money back if not happy with this product. I returned it as my *** told me not to take it. This was purchased was 11/25/2024. Returned in a week.
