1 starI'm retired with service-related disabilities. On October 3rd I ordered six bottles of heart health supplements from Primal Health on their internet site. I did not order anything else. The charge for that was $268.98, which was barely what I could afford. I've been taking those for about a week, so I can't speak to their efficacy. When I was reviewing my bank statement a couple of days ago, there was another charge from Primal Health for $56.99--for what, I have no idea, but the fact is, I never ordered anything else from that company. Then today I saw there's yet ANOTHER charge against my account from ********************************************* for $39.97! They've put my card on Auto-Theft in the hopes that we fixed-income victims won't pay attention to our checking accounts. I don't look at my account every day, but Primal Health's actions are completely egregious--and stick out from the rest of the small charges for food and medications. I want an immediate refund of the $56.99 and $39.97 to my withering bank account, and I want ********************************************* to sanitize its database of ANY AND ALL Information relating to me or my personal ****************** account. Unfortunately, it's the weekend, and I must wait until tomorrow to file a complaint/notification with my credit union about Primal Health's unauthorized charges. My hope is someone at that company will do the right thing and refund those charges to my account. Should I get any packages from those two thefts, I'll return them as I soon as I receive a prepaid return shipping label from Primal Health. I'm not looking for any obsequious apology. I just want my money refunded and back in my credit union account! I'll never understand how some people are so willing to conduct their businesses like Primal Health does with such free aplomb--targeting people on fixed incomes or otherwise--and not think twice about it.Review fromJohn P

This company that uses an automated phone system that says that your subscription will automatically renew if you do nothing or press #1 to cancil. This sounds like a spam call and this company should reverse the selection to say if you do nothing you will be unsubscribed and to press #1 if you want to renew!Primal Health, LP

I purchased the book and was very hopeful of helping my husband with his blood pressure, as the blood pressure medicine the doctors prescribed him caused medically induced LUPUS. The Lupus has wreaked havoc on him a naturally control his blood pressure. I'm so disappointed to see these reviews, as I will no longer consider doing business with them. Also, I don't understand how the BBB is giving them a A+ Rating with a 1.44 out of 5 Star rating with 48 reviews. Very disappointing for both the company and BBB.Primal Health, LP

I placed a one time order with this company. They sent me an additional order a few months later. I called and they eventually issued a refund after they got the return. Now a few months later they are billing my credit card again and I did not order from them. This company is a total rip off. Do not do business with them.Primal Health, LP

This snipet was taken from her website. On Facebook she presents herself as a "Doctor" which is clearly deceiving as there are various doctors out there.
Marlene M****** has a Masters degree in Oriental Medicine and is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine. She has also received a Master degrees in Human Nutrition with an emphasis on Functional Medicine from the University of Bridgeport, and is a Certified Practitioner in Functional Medicine from the Institute for Functional Medicine. She is also certified as a practitioner in the Bredesen Protocol for reversing cognitive decline, as well as a board certified Bariatric Counselor. In addition to a full-time clinical practice, she and her husband lecture nationally to healthcare practitioners all over the U.S. and in Canada on issues ranging from diabetes, endocrine dysfunction, cardiovascular issues, blood chemistry, nutrition, and nutrition research.
Marlene M****** is clearly not an endocrinologist, she is a marketing agent.
She presents herself on Facebook with having the solutions to control elevated glucose levels for diabetes. At the end you are subscribed to the website to receive her newsletter, then you are forced to listen to an extended lecture where you are forced to purchase supplements that are not approved by the FDA.
This additional purchase adds more money to your order. You are coerced to add a supplement, the you are taken to another screen that forces a same tactic, requiring an additional purchases. I had great difficulty in removing myself from this gangster type scam which tried to increase my purchase by strong arming into another purchase. I literally had to break away from the page to avoid another forced purchase.
By the time I was able to get to my bank account I was already charged for both a subscription letter and a supplement I believe it was called Glucoburn. Other reviews have mentioned that you can only stop the billing process by canceling your credit/debit card.Primal Health, LP

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. It is only through feedback such as yours we are able to maintain and indeed, where necessary, improve upon the service we provide to our customers. We would like to apologize for the negative experience you have provided in your review.
Rest assured, there is no obligation to purchase the supplements and there is always a decline button on the offer. Our customers appreciate newsletter and supplements as they can provide additional assistance in their wellness journey, however, we understand this may not be for everyone. Our helpful customer service is always happy to assist with any refunds.
After reviewing your account I do show we have provided all refunds possible to you. Please allow 3-5 business days for this to reflect your statement.
Please accept our sincerest apology for any trouble or inconvenience we may have caused you. Again, we highly appreciate your feedback as it will assist us in becoming better at what we do. As with any business like ours, the greatest advertising we can have is word of mouth from a satisfied customer.
