    Your Home Expert= Perfection Your Home Expert did my 4 month renovation in 5 weeks! Your Home Expert is changing the way people view renovations. The connotation associated with renovations range from major disaster to annoying, emotionally charged headaches. Your Home Expert was able to renovate my kitchen and major bathrooms, while I lived in the house, and yet, never had a moment of unhappiness. This was the cleanest, neatest renovation site you have ever seen. I have white porcelain tile floors, and yet, no damage at all. Before the renovations started, they were already treating my home better than I would have ever imagined possible. The bid was pretty spot on. This is amazing considering that I gave him barely anything to work from. I had a rough idea of what I wanted And yet, he bid it almost to perfection, and then built it to exceed my expectations. And the best part, every single thing was planned to the last detail. There were no delays because the planning was so well thought out. We were originally quoted ***** weeks (we were expecting *****). Then, 5 weeks later, they are done. And done perfectly. I had neighbors who had started several months before me (with a similar time line) still living in a torn-up construction zone as I was shaking ***** hand for the last time. And the communication is unprecedented! And unmatched! Everyday, (and I mean EVERY DAY) I received a video of what had been done and what was going to happen the next day. I never had to ask for an update And the flexibility and input on decisions and options is like working with a custom building and designer who are dedicated just to me. The end result is what I had imagined just so much better. I do not know why there are any other contractors out there Your Home Expert has perfected the renovation experience and is the gold standard. Any other contractor will only disappoint you. Save the time and the headache call Your Home Expert.

    Our family had a water leak from a pipe that burst in December 2022. We had a hard time with insurance as far as coming to an agreement with repairs. When my partner found Your Home Expert, we felt as if we could trust them and they went above and beyond to fix our home. From the very beginning, we were met with their knowledgeable team and we really appreciated any help we received as far as insurance handling went. After almost 9 months of back and forth with insurance, we were finally able to start and repairs were completed quicker than anticipated. We were updated almost daily with where the home was with the repairs with numerous videos, images and messages from the team. All in all, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to renovate their home.

    Our family was displaced from a water leak. From initial introductions, and every step of the way, YHE were kind, professional and incredibly detail oriented. All questions answered and explained in a way that wasnt full of industry lingo.     Great service! , ***************************** was able to finalize everything with the insurance, I also did additional work and **************,**** was sending on *********************** updates videos of the progress, the job completed before the schedule, **** was making sure all is done in the highest level possible, the house was cleaner than before, they also cleaned my fridge inside,Theyre honest and trustworthy! They were able to finish the project on time and within our budget. I highly recommend their service to family and friends!

    Second bathroom job with Your Home Expert - 50's era home, remodeled both bathrooms a year apart. They are so professional, timely and they even took on an additional task during their service to add a ceiling fan to the living room. Always great to work with, very friendly and accessible. There are always issues in an older house, but they let you know asap what is going on. Love this group!

    I had probably one of the worst experiences with my insurance company. Stayed in a hotel with my husband and 4 kids that ages range from ****. I'm sure everyone can imagine the comfort in that ??. Out of all the headaches and arguments with insurance the guys at Your Home Expert, *******, ******, ******, and **** were by my side every step of the way and did absolutely everything in their power to make the process run as smoothly as possible. I could ramble on all day about how genuinely nice and knowledgeable these guys are. They did a beautiful job on my home, they understood exactly what I wanted. Even when I was stuck they offered their opinion and the work turned out even better than i couldve imagined. Seriously 10/10 these are the guys you trust with all your remodeling needs.
