  This is a scam! Not only did the jewelry they sent me give me a rash but they sent more than just the free piece and sent another piece of jewelry saying I could keep it as a gift for no cost. Now theyre trying to charge me for it and a late fee! I have emailed them over and over telling them the situation about the rash on my wrist and that I do not want the subscription (I had cancelled it). This was supposed to be a free trial. Beware. They will not go away and are relentless.

  Buyers beware! Not able to cancel account. Same experience as ****************** teenage son fell for this trap by clicking on an instagram ad. He was not clearly made aware of the terms and conditions. The website is misleading and provides minimal information. Once he realized that he was suddenly being charged on a monthly basis for not sending 3 pieces of jewellery back, he tried to cancel his account without success. He could not access his "account" or profile with the information provided to him when he first subscribed, i.e. customer name, order number, last four digits of credit card.There is no customer service or account. The company is supposedly "overwhelmed" with customer requests (as per default response email) and will "get to his request soon".

  Buyers Beware! I was solicitated via Instagram to receive "free jewelry" "just pay shipping". I went to their website and picked 1 piece of jewelry and paid $2 in shipping through a "secure" site. They made me create a profile that DID NOT contain credit card information. 1-2 weeks later I received a package that had 3 pieces of jewelry in it along with a letter that stated I had 30 days to return the jewelry or I would be charged $25 per piece of jewelry, totaling $75. I never ordered 3 pieces of jewelry, I ordered 1. I went back to their website and nowhere in their "free jewelry" advertising did they disclose this information or I never would've bothered purchasing in the first place. I tried to access my profile to remove my credit card information and they blocked my access to view ANY of my personal information, including my own name. There was simply a contact form to message the company about any changes I wanted to make to my profile. I sent them a message stating it was illegal to save my credit card information without my consent, which I never gave. I told them it was illegal to charge for me items I never ordered. I told them to delete all information related to my credit card. I never received a response. I had no choice but to contact my bank and change my credit card number to avoid these unauthorized charges. 2 months later I received an email from Nikola Valenti saying they had unsuccessfully tried to charge my card and my account was "past due". The email was threatening in nature and demanded payment. I emailed them back restating what I told them in my initial email that no one ever responded to. I called them out on their scam/fraud, reminded them I never gave consent and withholding my credit card information and forcing unauthorized charges is illegal. They never responded. Don't ever buy from this company, "free jewelry" or not. This place should be shut down.

  NEVER had so many issues with a company like this before. Tried to cancel 3 times but company keeps sending jewelry in the mail. I have sent back the pieces as requested but they say they haven't received them back even with mail tracking! Received a package today and returned it Return to Sender hoping this stops the mail from coming. I had to cancel my card just to get them to stop sending me items that turn my skin green.

  They no phone number to contact them. This a company that was on publishers clearing house and publishers clearing house had their jewelry as a free gift. Has to be a scam.

  Worst worst worst. This really should be under scam/fraud but it didnt fit under a specific criteria. They bait you in for a trial and then charge later. BUT you have to pay for shipping back and they claim not getting it, you get charged. Even after cancel/return, they continue as a membership after creating an account for you without providing the appropriate information. **************** was dismissive, unhelpful, and almost rude. I had my building reject their delivery and return to sender, as I did not authorize, and theyre still threatening to continue charging. The product is also terrible.. trying to say its 80% off, but no way because it is more like a $10 max ********
