I feel that the company misrepresented their offer. They have charged my checking account $54.+ twice since I first requested cancellation to the subscription. They have ignored my requests. I am disabled and can't afford their continued charges.Business Response

Customer first emailed our customer service Tuesday, April 8, *********** requesting to cancel account. This was the first contact we have from customer since customer signed up for our service on 12/31/2024. **************** emailed customer cancel instructions next morning at 6:11am on 04/09/2025. Customer has not canceled their account per those instructions. We have now canceled their account and a cancel confirmation have been sent including return instructions for the latest trial order shipped 4/8/2025.

This company is taking money from an account I never gave the credit card information to. On 01/03/2025 and on 02/05-2025 they took $8.96 each month. If you look at there reviews it's easy to see they have a lot of legal problems. Nikola Valenti sent me jewelry that I never ordered and when it came to my house I wrote on the package return to sender without opening it. I followed up with a email to their customer service department stating do not send me anymore jewelry. Today I received another package and marked it return to sender. I never signed up for anything with this company. Please help I know it's not much money but they took it out of my account illegally.Business Response

I originally signed up to receive three pieces of jewelry and then I'd return the ones I didn't want and keep one for free. I have been asking this company to cancel any subscription and not to send me any more jewelry for over a month. Over and over. It costs me money to have to ship back the items and I am tired of begging them to stop sending them to me. I need this to stop. Customer signed up on November 30 and returned the 2 trial pieces on Dec 30 keeping the free jewelry piece as promised. Customer was not charged since pieces were returned on time. Customer emailed how to return and has been sent multiple emails with cancel instructions. Account is now closed. As a one time courtesy, we have marked the last shipment so customer does not need to return them and will not be charged for them. I keep getting messages from these people saying I owe them 110 dollars. I have never ordered anything from them. I have never even heard of them before. They keep trying to get money from my bank account.Business Response

Customer placed an order on our site on 05/28/2024. All the information including address, email and CVV code matched. We sent an order confirmation when they placed an order and a shipment confirmations email 2 days later when ordered shipped to this email address. Customer has not paid or returned the 2 trial jewelry pieces they agreed to evaluate which is the reason for the invoice email. Customer placed the order and received an order confirmation email at order time and the shipment confirmation email 2 days later below to the email on file which matches the email provided to the BBB. Also the address provided at time was the exact match to the billing address for the credit card. Also, the *** code on back of the card was a full match.

Attention: ****** *********, Consultant BBB. January 13, 2025 Thank you for responding. I sent a 2nd Addendum of my complaint on Sun., Jan. 12th providing more detail and information. I had my previous card compromised and had to get another card through my US Bank because Nikola Valenti charged me $49.98 which I never approved or ordered on my previous charge card. I have tried to explain this to them so I can return them back honestly. They said you need a form to fill out on my last attempt to contact them. On September 17th, 2024 I was charged $49,98 at once, after I very naively ordered a "free" jewelry for approximately $1, but got two extra pieces of jewelry that I never ordered. I later found out that these were supposed to be "trials" but since I did not return them in the specified timeline, I was automatically charged. It represented quite a problem for me, I just arrived in the *** and I'm applying for asylum and not working! I managed to open my bank account but what do I see, I'm being scammed? They charged me AGAIN on November 16th ($5,96) without my knowledge, consent or even visiting their website. I sent an email and they said that the charge is for shipping, since they sent some other jewelry for me to "review". I am absolutely appalled by this so called company taking advantage and deceiving innocent people, stealing their money directly from people's accounts??? How is it possible that they can get away with this fraud? I somehow managed to cancel my account in ************************ yesterday but according to them they already sent some "trials" that I'm to return, or something, and I haven't even received anything. They do this, apparently, every two months, without the people's consent or authorization. Please, if anyone is reading this, save yourself from this very insidious scam!Business Response

Customer understood the terms of the free jewelry offer and even emailed us on August 28 after receiving the initial set asking about the cost of the 2 trial pieces. We replied with all information requested on the same day.
Customer accepted the terms of the jewelry subscription service by checking box that they agreed to the terms. New set was just shipped on 11/16 *** tracking #****************** and should arrive by this Friday 11/22.
Customer canceled their account on 11/17/2024 07:57:35 PM and received an email with return instructions.

Since customer did not cancel their account, 2 more pieces were shipped on trial. As a courtesy we have issued refund for $5.96 S&H fee and customer just needs to return the 2 trial pieces per emailed instructions on 11/17/2024 07:57:36 PM CST. I ordered a piece of jewelry for 1.97 shipping which was to include 2 additional pieces to review and either keep or return. The jewelry never arrived although the company says it shows delivered. I live in a townhouse and our Mail boxes are communal. I contacted customer service and advised that the package had not arrived, they suggested I check with my neighbors which I did and nobody had the package. I contacted customer service yet again and advised of the missing package asked they they cancel the order. I received an email stating that the order was canceled but I was charged anyway. Ive been in contact with my bank and have forwarded all emails. The process has been frustrating thanks to them taking almost ***** from my account I was humiliated at the grocery store when my debit card was declined.
