      I have been a Diamond member of ERewards for over 20 years. I have participated with honesty and integrity. I tried to sign in on March 24 and I was unable to do so. I tried changing my password but that didnt work either. I then wrote customer service and I was told that my account was suspended due to a suspected violation of your terms. I have no idea what they are referring to. I have always put my best effort into your surveys and if anything was wrong it certainly wasnt intentional. After all these years to be canceled without any opportunity to defend myself is very unfair. I am worried that they are using AI to cancel people, and if so, AI can make mistakes. I would really appreciate being reinstated to this panel.

      I have an account with e rewards since about 2017. On the day that I was about to redeem my 75 points for a $25 Amazon gift card, my account was suspended due to supposedly suspicious activity. If you read the reviews, the ** System that dynata uses constantly makes false claims of suspicious activity. A lot of people have had their accounts suspended with no explanation. I reached out to customer service and for about a week I kept being told that I violated the terms of use, and thats why my account was suspended, but no one was able to answer me specifically why it was suspended and what exactly I was being accused of violating. I was told they could not provide this information due to security reasons for their software, which I dont really think thats the case. Its not right that they can suspend your account whenever they want for whatever reason they want and they wont even tell you why and theres not even an appeals process.

      I am rejecting this response because:  You still have not told me exactly what aspect of your terms you are are accusing me of violating. I have used only one account these years and have not violated other terms. I was suspended right as I was about to cash out which is very convenient for the company. Many people have the exact same complaint of being suspended at any time without violating any terms, and without even being told specifically which term they supposedly violated.

      I am rejecting this response because:   This is the same generic response everyone gets. Its not about the security of the ** software, its about bad practices. The reviews and comments by the others users are very clear. We are only asking to get our gift cards issued.

      So monday 3/31/25 I signed up for a survey app through ****** Play app store called Quick Thoughts. I was able to earn almost $30 taking surveys. When I went to cash out/redeem my points for rewards, being $10 for Amazon I. Was given a message that new accounts need a 72 hour account review which is completely appropriate and acceptable and totally understand why they do this. Well after 72 hours of waiting I was still unable to redeem. I contacted the account email and they opened a ticket and told me to try some troubleshooting steps and get back to them if I still can't redeem. I was still unable after all the appropriate steps were taken and reached back out with no response. Contacted them again through contact us and still have not had any luck reaching an actual person or getting any resolution to my problem. I tried calling numbers provided which seem to be disconnected. I then went to ****** play app of Quick Thoughts and found some more information but the phone number listed just goes to someone who seems unrelated. All I want to do is redeem my points I earned legitimately and I'm being road blocked by the company.

      Similar issue to other complaints I see on your site. I have been a loyal participant on e-rewards/Dynata's panel for over 17 years. Last week, when I attempted to respond to a survey request, I found that my password no longer worked. I attempted to change it numerous times and emailed the company. I was told my account had been suspended with no explanation other than to refer me to their T&Cs and telling me companies rely on good data. After thoroughly reviewing the T&Cs, I asked the company to advise what I had done wrong. They advised they would escalate to their accounts department. After about a week, I was informed my account was reactivated and I went to log in. Saw my profile, saw my points balance (worth ***** points, roughly $900, I believe) and quickly the screen changed and locked me back out. I reached back out to the company and after 2 days received another generic response that I had been re-suspended permanently. I have asked again for an explanation of what I have done wrong and have only received the same templated answer including a list of things that may be wrong but no actual explanation. I'm disappointed after all of these years of participation and am particularly upset about the loss of my rewards with no explanation as to how this organization unilaterally determined I was in violation. Copy of correspondence attached.Action requested, I guess, is to understand why after 17 years I was deemed to be non compliant. Ultimately I'd like to continue to participate, but even if I can not, I'd like to receive the value of my rewards for prior participation.

      I am rejecting this response because:   The company continues to hide behind their "proprietary and confidential" rules and has not offered any detail of any kind as to why, after 17 years of participation, they single handedly determined I had breached their rules.  With every non-response, my suspicion that my rewards balance was high and by terminating my account, they easily wiped out close to $1,000 of liability that they no longer owe a participant grows stronger.  Done at scale, this is a quick way to meet financial targets and cost reductions.  If I was truly in breach of their rules, they would have offered warnings, chances to cure, or would disclose what their algorithms determined to be in violation to avoid such issues in the future.  I remain suspect that they are not acting in good faith with me as a participant and as a result, may also be inappropriately influencing the survey results they are offering to their paid customers.

      PLEASE TOP CALLING ME!!! I AM NO THE DO NOT CALL LIST!!From the start of 2025 Dynata has call my cell 11 times. I have this documented on my caller ID and verified the calling number is accurate from my cell provider. I have tape recorded the last few conversation as please do not call me any more. and have sent 2 certified return receipt US mail requests to stop the calls.the calls continue.If I receive one more call, Dynata agrees to the terms and conditions which I sent via US mail.PLEASE STOP THE CALLS!!!

      I have been a member of Valued Opinions for years. I could not log in on 3/23/25 and contacted the company. They claim, as they have in the past with myself and many other members, that I violated their policy. They never say specifically what I did wrong and most times do not even respond when I tell them I did nothing wrong and to tell me what they think I did, etc. This is the response I received today about my account. They need to reactivate my account and let me cash out my points.Companies value the information collected through survey research. It is important for us to deliver only the best data to them. Unfortunately, our system detected violations and suspended your account.

      I am rejecting this response because:   I did nothing wrong and my account should never have been deactivated.   The company will not be specific on why they deactivated my acct. and just says they are looking into it.    This business has a habit of deactivating many members accounts in the past often and again for no reason.   There are many complaints against them for doing this.   I want my account activated now.

      I am rejecting this response because:   This is what this business does.    They will deactivate an account for some "violation" but never explain which violation and how it was violated.   They will say they cannot reactivate an account and their decision is final but they have and can reactivate accounts.  In fact I received an email a few days ago from them saying I had a survey to take.  When I clicked on the link there was NO survey but the fact they sent an email saying there was shows they did me wrong and wanted me to continue taking their surveys.   I am POSITIVE I did nothing wrong.   I have been through this before with this business and each time after contacting the BBB they did reactivate my accounts and everything was fine for a few  years until they deactivated one again and I had to play this game of reporting the business to get my acct. reactivated.   I am sure the BBB has received hundreds if not thousands of complaints over the years about this business doing this to others and are very familiar with how this company lies and deactivates accounts for no reason.  I want my account reactivated and my points there.   Thank you

      Thank you for trying.    As you can see the company did NOT give any specific reason or proof why they think I violated their policy.   There replies were vague and not specific which is how this business is.   They have done this to many many people and refused to give reasons that were clear and informative.   You should investigate this company more and let the authorities who can do something know how this business is and show them all the complaints you have had about them.  There are other sites that also have many complaints about the business.  They should be shut down and be made to give everyone they did wrong a settlement.  This business will continue to do people wrong and not pay out what the members earned.  I took their surveys, got credit for a few but now I cannot cash out my earned credits that I received.   They got what they wanted but did not give me what they said I would get.

      I have written, used contact forms, done every feasible action. Due to Dynata DBA Miles for Opinion alleging I had activity on 3/1, contradicting its own statement, Im losing days of my own status I worked hard for. The airline does NOT extend two months while we wait for an honest business. Im a research professor who holds an earned *** and Im stunned a corporation whose bread and butter is ethical research would make a false post that materially ***** someone then say they look into it. This is rampant. And many discuss how they lie on surveys to spite Dynata. Due my my job, Ive tried to be honest. However, the company should consider that patronizing its wallet and these complaints are problematic to its clients. How difficult can it possibly be to actually post the truth. 341 miles have caused me hours upon hours of grief and stress because of the impact. I will pursue this until it is reversed and listed with the correct date because the post is deceptive. I hope everyone reading this will give that thought. A note here: according to the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policy, although Plano , ***** is listed as the address, it says that it is governed by the laws of the state of ***********, but this does keep defaulting to the BBB of ********************. Honestly, I dont care who handles it as long as its handled forthwith. One of the greatest issues about this is nobody looking at the issue and pushing it around.

      I am rejecting this response because:   I have spoken with ***************** and they have informed me that they have NO control over what you submit and ONLY you can do this. You keep sending me polite but misleading emails and case numbers, and while manners are lovely, the deception in a wrong date, for which I have documented and supported proof--from you--is unacceptable and should not need any more than you submitting 341 miles for the time period in which it ACTUALLY occurred. Please do not muddle the issue or attempt to mislead the BBB. Texans are smarter than this and research relies on ethics to be respected.

      I was a diamond member, top level, taking surveys regularly. Completed 100% of my profile, and they closed my account for some mysterious reasons, refuse to tell me, threatened to sue me for complaining, and now refuse to give me my rewards that I earned. I have referred this place to the new York attorney general for fraud.

      I realize that Branded Surveys, also known as Dynata, is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau because I looked them up. I am contacting you because I don't believe in rewarding bad behavior, which is exactly what I would be doing if I didn't fight for the paltry sum Branded Surveys, doing business as Dynata, owes me. This is exacerbated by the fact that they are demanding that I give them my driver's license and passport in order to collect what they owe me for my time and for my personal information that they sold at tremendous markup. I am retired and know what it is like to be a market research client so I did this for the pennies they promised me as a way of paying it forward in this world. However, the State Department is very clear that anyone giving into such demands is giving in to a company hellbent on committing a felony. I won't give Dynata the opportunity to sell me out to the dark web. This is part of my paper trail needed to bring down this wickedness. I will make myself much more expensive to Dynata than the $6.80 they should have paid me in the first place.

      Ok. So I have been using this company Branded surveys to make a few extra dollars. Everything was running smoothly. At $5.00 you could cash out. My cashout place was ******. Last night I tried to cash out and I received a message saying I couldn't use ******. This message originated from Branded Surveys. Then I tried using my bank. Ten minutes later this message appeared. Oops you are no longer allowed to take surveys at Branded surveys. I have tried contacting them to no avail. They owe me $5.24. I want my money. It takes many hours to make $5.24. But I'm homebound now. I was in the hospital first 2 weeks with ***. I need Every ***** . Please help me. Sincerely ******* *******
