      My account on ********************************************** was banned on June 19, 2024 after I earned enough points cash out and earned my gold status until August. I sent an email and received an email back on June 20, 2024 and was told I had violated their terms of service, but I have been a member since 2022. So I don't know what changed or what could have happened. I've seen a lot of similar complaints. I not only had points to cash out then, but also had points for my bonus to receive on Sunday. I've been saving up for my birthday and then this out of nowhere. I'd like my account that I worked so hard on and my points all back.

      Dynata is calling our home phone daily. We are already registered on the national do-not-call registry. Dynata is ignoring our entry and has been harassing us nevertheless with countless calls. When we let the calls go to voicemail, they do not identify themselves or why they are calling us. Through researching this company ourselves, we have uncovered that they track online behaviour! That is a criminal invasion of our privacy that we have never consented to. We do not wish to have any contact with this company and we demand to know how they got our phone number and what online behaviour they have tracked about us because we have never consented to such tracking, much less to be individually singled out, identified and called at home repeatedly.

      Over the last week I have seen a huge drop off of SSI Dynata based surveys. Like by drop off I mean non existent. I use to make most of the survey points this way with daily lightning surveys, the daily TV survey and survey offers that SSI provided. Now I'm only getting sample-cube surveys and those are unreliable. Meanwhile on other Dynata owned sites I'm a member of. I'm getting SSI based surveys just fine like OneOpinion, Valued Opinion and such. No issues. Branded for whatever reason I'm not. It's like they neutered me so I don't gain anything significant point wise. This is just so bad, they said that everything with my account is fine and that surveys will come when they match my profile. But I don't believe that. I feel that they purposely blocked me from doing their surveys so I don't make a lot of points like I was.

      I am rejecting this response because:   I received a generic response via email that they match me to surveys. But while I'm still getting surveys technically. These are only cube.survey ones and not SSI like I use to get daily. I get them just fine on other dynata owned survey sites. So obviously something is wrong with my branded account that I no longer get these surveys like I use to. I get them just fine on the other 3 I'm part of. I'm still not satisfied with this response and want to know if my account was flagged for any reason

      I can't seem to get this business from stop calling me at home. I have never done anything with them. And I'm on the do not call list. Please help stop this company from calling at all hours from lots of phone number. I have asked in past to stop but they didn't.

      I spent about 6 hours taking online surveys and am owed around $6,14 but company makes it too difficult and dangerous to get paid if you do not have a PayPal account. I tried alternative payment methods: bank transfer - but their service provider requests my bank account user name and password which is ridiculous. this info would allow them access into my bank account. I thought they would request the bank's routing number and address. I then tried to get paid via gift card but the card shown was good at stores not located in my region. they appeared to be southern calif stores like Kroegers and others that I have never heard of. there is no option to get paid via Venmo or check.

      Upon investigation by our Branded Research team, there has been no email received from the member. 

      Regarding their complaint, we confirm that our bank deposit option does require bank credentials in order to process payments to a members bank account. However, we have other cards for grocery than Kroger that the member can choose from, like Albertsons. The member can go to "My Payouts" then "My Payout Option" and select any other form of payment they wish. Also, they can contact our support team directly at ********************************************.

      I am filing against Dynata Research in regards to their panel Branded Surveys. I have spent time taking surveys to earn money. I reached the threshold to redeem and they refuse to do so without getting a copy of my drivers license. They claim that using an unreliable company, Veriff, is in the terms of service. However, after several years of redeeming with this panel, i have NEVER had to share my license. I'm not comfortable doing so. They state that it is in their terms of service, but I was unaware of this change as I was never notified. All I want is what I have rightfully earned without being expected to share sensitive information online, which I refuse to do. This company completely refuses to give me my earnings without this sensitive information. I feel they are stealing from me and other panelists.

      I am rejecting this response because:   ****** was in a lawsuit regarding personal information, so it is indeed not a safe site. Also, there are at least 2 other Dynata survey companies who have allowed me to bypass this step because I have been a valued member for years, so saying you cannot bypass this step is a total lie. Branded is stealing money earned by panelists. This generic reply is unacceptable.

      After joining a company that specializes in research and surveys and development by the name of Branded surveys. Which to my knowledge and understanding and research that is owned by Dynata LLC. Which was recently acquired. After completing several surveys my account was deleted purely because I have not had a great experience with this newly acquired sketchy company. That practices discriminatory policies and procedures and also indulges a sketchy platforms which I believe they sell your information as well as stole panel points earn by myself the panelist several times. I will be forced to spend my hard-earned money on filing a small claims court lawsuit.

      I was a panelist of E-rewards opinion panel since 2017 ,I was locked out my account without explanation on May 31 2024 ,so I sent the panel a email stating that I could not log into my account ,finally days later I received a email stating my account was suspended, the panel did not explain why my account was suspended, or for what period of time ,but I learned on the second emailed that I sent to the panel that my account was suspended permanently but could not give me a explanation of why ,and I also had a balance of ****** in my account when my account was suspended that I was told I will not receive a refund for ,I was a very loyal panelist for this company since 2017 and I did everything the same in taking survey since that year so I don't know why I was removed from the panel but most importantly I do not understand why I'm not issued a refund for the balance due in my rewards account .

      This company calls itself Branded Surveys and asks people to take surveys for points that can be used to get things like gift cards at various companies. The company is cheating consumers by having them complete surveys then disqualifying them for 0 to 2 points, delaying compensation for weeks at a time, being dishonest about length of surveys or amount of compensation, failing to provide adequate means of communications with them, and failing to adequately compensate consumers for their time spent on these surveys.
