Hello, I connected with the owner, ***** on two incidents regarding my move with his company. 1. The movers completely damaged the TV and hid it behind all the boxes after witnessing the damages. 2. ***** from advanced movers offered a service to drive the moving truck one way and drove through 3 tolls totally $133.00- 1 toll totally $99.00 alone. I addressed this issues with the owner ***** on several occasions and he said he would contact his insurance company and get back to me. Eventually after sending several follow up text and not hearing back he stopped responding completely.I requested a full refund for this service, and to be reimbursed for the damaged caused to my property as well as the toll charges that were in accrued while the advanced movers had the moving truck in their possession. Proof of all communication including phone calls and texts can be submitted as well. I filed a I claim through movinghelp.com resolution center and the owner of advance moving ***** is completely taking as a joke. He harassed me with several text messages to leave a 5 star review when his team didn't do 5 star work. I work in hospitality for the last 12 years and customer service is important to me. He is taking these damages as a joke and as a business owner he needs to be held responsible for the damages. I've after using his services I had to come out of pocket to hire an additional service to finish the job because his movers left majority of the items down stairs for $200. Purchase a new tv for $700. And pay toll charges for a trip that does not require to use the toll expressway for $138.00. I used ***** service because he had great reviews and at the time I was 4 weeks pregnant not wanting to stress. I see he bullies is his customers to leave good reviews and has caused me more harm, stress, headache, and money then I ever imagined. I haven't been rude or disrespectful throughout any of our communication and ***** as continued to mock and be rude in his comments.
