This car dealership is as scammy as they come, and I would greatly advise anyone in the used car market to go elsewhere. We were ready to purchase a used car from this dealership. We had driven it twice and had been told by both the salesman and the manager that they would work with us on the price. When we finally sat down to run the numbers, they offered a price that was $1000 higher than the same car was listed for on their own website. When we pointed out the discrepancy, the sales person acted like he could try to help us out and convince his manager to honor the online price (as he is obviously required to do). Then, after we discussed the price further, he asked whether a particular price + trade-in value would be acceptable to us. We said we would discuss it amongst ourselves while he went to talk to his manager. He then wrote the figure on a piece of paper, drew an X and a line, and asked us to sign on the line, just to verify to his manager that these were the numbers we discussed. He reiterated that the signature was no big deal, it was just to show his manager the numbers we discussed. He was obviously trying to get a signature to pressure us into buying the car if he was able to get the price we had discussedeven though we had expressly stated that we were not ready to commit at that price. We did not purchase the car and wont be returning, but I want others to be aware that this is the predatory behavior you can expect if you shop here.

We have looked through our records and could not find your information at either our Plano or ****** stores. If you visited our Plano or ****** locations we would honor the opportunity to clear up any misunderstandings. We will also reach out to the email address you have listed.

Now I consider myself a person with a great sense of humor and sometimes a dark sense of humor, but tell me if I'm trippin or not! I consider this email from #donherring to be completely inappropriate and racist. The email consisted of ****** ***** in animated form building a wall! The email from the salesman stated to "Come in before ***** finishes building the wall" This is absolutely ludicrous and should not be tolerated in any way, shape, or form!

My car buying process was the worst, I talked with four or five different car sales people including the co owner, Mr. ****** who I know now he has no say over other locations based off of what Don **** said. Whenever I expanded too him about a car at his location vs the Plano location an the deal that was given too me by ********* After I waited a whole month, I get text messages saying I was approved 100% with no down payment. Then not ever a hour later Mr.Don texts me saying I put wrong information in about how much money I make. But my application was done by one for there employees. From all the locations not including the Plano location. They guy from the Dallas location told me that someone put my income in incorrectly and that he fixed it. But since they are not a company that work together. **** tell me that I am going too **** cause I got mad an told him how I feel. I told him I will meet him there too beat his *** for wasting my time. After I was asked them to stop calling me. Today I received a phone call. When I asked them not too call me and remove me from there system..

Thank you for your feedback. It is always our goal to exceed our customers expectations and are disappointed that we fell short. I apologize that you were unable to buy a car from us. We do not engage in, nor tolerate fraud in any form. We also take threats of physical violence very seriously. We hope that you're able to find a car and a car dealer that works with you to your satisfaction.
