    Placed an order for *********** King ******************** (9 packs of 10 each for a total of 90), a set of stabilizers, and various tools. All of these items are used for building custom keyboards. The order totaled around $178.- The order was placed on 02/08/2023 and a confirmation email was received the same day.- On 02/14/2023 I received a note that my order had shipped and it provided a **** tracking number - After two days (on 02/16/2023) the tracking number still showed that the **** was awaiting to receive the package. That same day I emailed support asking if the tracking number was accurate - On 02/17/2023 I sent a follow-up response asking about the status of my order. I then sent a second email asking to completely cancel the order for a full refund - On 02/20/2023 ***** (presumably the owner) responded saying that my order cannot be canceled because the items had already shipped. His response completely disregarded the fact that the tracking number still said **** had not received the item. It does not take six days for **** to scan the item as he claimed. After stating this - he has gone radio silent - refusing to answer any emails. This same day I filed a charge dispute with my credit card issuer - On 02/21/2023 I emailed again asking for an update. No response from ***** - On 02/22/2023 I emailed again asking for an update. No response from *****. I received an email saying my credit card issuer has contacted the business about the matter - On 02/23/2023 I sent 20+ emails asking for an update. No response from *****. At this point he is probably blocking my emails being the coward he is.***** clearly has zero intent of fulfilling this order and even his terms and conditions provide so many ways for him to pass blame to the shipper for any issues (e.g., missing packages, damaged packages). Stay away as you will never see your order.

    The business owner is completely lying as is typical with him based on other online complaints about his service.

    Here is the **** tracking # provided for my order: 420105499300110944101917017318

    Looking this up shows that the package was never received by **** and the image I've attached confirms this. If there is an updated tracking number it was never provided.

    However, because I issued a complaint with my credit card provider, the owner (after much pestering) responded back that since I issued a chargeback - I would no longer be receiving my order.

    Interesting. So he's said I received my order but the attached email actually shows he never shipped it because of my chargeback. Pretty sure this confirms one thing - that he is a liar that scams customers by falsely claiming that he's shipped items. Then when they attempt to get a refund he says it's the fault of the shipper and claims no responsibility.

    So in short - he lies and cheats his customers. He never shipped my order. Plain and simple.

    On April 11, 2022, i ordered 90 "gateron milky yellows" which are switches used for building keyboards. The website states that you get 10 switches for $10, so i ordered 9 sets, so it ended up being $108 after shipping and tax. When i got the package i only received 70, and the pins on them were all bent and messed up. right away i tried to go and email their support in which i did not get a response for 3 days, in which i emailed them again asking for a follow up. After 2 more days i finally got an email back from i believe the owner of the company named chris and he told me that i have to fix the broken pins myself, not even addressing the issue where i only received 70 when i ordered 90. since that reply, i have emailed them at least 7 times after, days between emails, in which i have gotten no response. i have made a ticket on their Discord, and still no response. The tracking number is #****************** Order #****
