This is to bring to notice the lack of business ethics and professionalism displayed by *** **** **** ********* ******* and B & H Pools, Inc. I was getting high water bills from the City of Plano for the last one year. *** **** **** ********* was hired to detect Leak in my pool and B & H pools was hired ( As strongly recommended by *** **** Leak) to repair the leaks and re-plaster the pool. I ended up spending around $20,500 and the pool leak is still not fixed. a. After the pool was re-plastered I found out that the water meter reading was still the same and the leak was not fixed. When informed, they claimed to find another leak in Spa jets. So they had to break the plaster again in the spa area and re-jet the spa. b. Again I checked with the City of Plano and I was told that the problem was still unresolved. From my conversation **** **** *** *********, it is evident that there is an unresolved leak problem around the autofill valve. It is further evident that the water leak was not in the Spa-Jet for which I was made to spend $ 20,500. The error of judgment by the two companies proved to be very expensive affair for me. c. After making all the repairs suggested by them the pool re-plastered but water meter reading still showed a leak in the pool system. Currently the autofill valve is plugged and shut off as a temporary measure to prevent water leak for the time being. I have spent around $20,500 and the pool leak is not fixed .Both the companies are non-committal about taking any steps to solve the problem that they were originally hired for.. I am at the same situation from where I started. It is pertinent to mention here that *** **** **** ********* ******* was paid a separate amount to detect any leak in Autofill plumbing line and he categorically stated in his report that there is no leak in the plumbing line of Auto Fill.

    RE:
    **** ******** ***
    ****** ***** *****

    Dear BBB,

Thank you for the notification of this complaint. As you can see from my

membership status, this is something that does not happen to my company.

    I was contacted by ***** ****** (representative for **** and ****). I was told

they requested a bid for the remodel of the pool. I was told that this is a corporate

home that is rented out. The importance of performing a timely renovation was

important. New clients were moving in.

I presented a contract to ****/**** to perform these services. The contract was

signed, the down money was wired to begin the project. Pictures were included

for them to track the progress. We completed our work and they completed the

contract. All money from the original contract was paid in full.

After persistent complaining about the pool losing water, we went back to test

everything again. At this time we discovered a problem in the spa jet system. I

talked with **** and asked that she pay for the spa jet replacement. I sent an

invoice for that amount. She has refused to pay. I replastered the spa at a great

    expense to my company.

The pool/spa has been tested over and over again and does not leak. It is my

request that this complaint is resolved with my good name in good standing. I

also need them to complete their obligation that was agreed upon.

I have photos showing the before pictures that can be sent.

Please contact me at the telephone number listed below.
