              I have been dealing with Pathlight homes since 2/29/24 regarding the refrigerator not working, as of to date April 18th, ******************************************** a replacement. Their technician have been to the house 3 times and have not fixed the issues. Now they are talking about sending out more Technicians. This is ridiculous considering that am paying close to $4,000.00 in rent. I feel like am being dismissed, and they just don't care. I have been having issues with this company ever since I moved in. I also filed a complaint with HomePartners of America who hired Pathlight as their management company, and all they did was Brush me aside and referred me back to Pathlight. They are the ** and should be the one contacting their management company to make sure theses issues are addressed in a timely manner.. here we are months in and I do not have a working fridge. Pathlight home should not be allowed to operate in ** or anywhere else they are horrible. if I do not have a working fridge by the rent due date, I will be using the funds to buy a new fridge.

              Yes agreed! Pathlight is horrible, terrible, and has no integrity or sensitivity. Back in 2021 it took 3 months for them to finally agree with the vendors on what needed to be done to fix my plumbing as roots were growing in them. Pathlight paid three different vendors for different repairs and finally had to pay the most expensive plumbing vendor plus a tree company. Now this month Aug 2024, during this very hot summer, the ** is broke! They called in one vendor that thought they fixed the issue, but it broke again. Pathlight is giving me the run around again, I'm pretty sure the vendor has sent message that a whole new ** unit is needed and of course, they will not shell out for this! I'm still waiting for a vendor to come out! Home Partners need to look for another property management company!!!!!!!!
