I opened a *********** card and I was saving the combo for my next visit now I am pregnant and was craving Raising canes so we stopped by for dinner to use the reward and save some money as were a family of 6 and on June 19th, 2024 I went to a Raising Canes location in ******** before the reward expires and the reward shows up on my account however when I try placing an order online it does not go through with the reward. I tried it in stores and the cashier can see it but they can't redeem it either without overworking the screen. After a moment the ** code on my phone stopped showing up and I couldn't use the reward and it will expire soon nor count the visit. It is disappointing that rewards show up and theyre unable to be used :( The email to the *********** account is the same as the one in the contact information and I will attach a screenshot to this. :(Business response

On May 25, 2024, I was at the drive through, and it took forty minutes for him to get to the window with only three cars in front of me. I told the employee at the window that I was going to cancel my order and he wanted his money back due to the time. I was told to go inside, and ********** a manager. The manager said the employee that took my order left for the day so he couldnt refund his money. My order was $32.63, I left without my order and money, I attempted to contact the number provided my them and to date I have not heard anythingBusiness response

I order my food online, went to go pick it up and got back in my car with the food and drove home. Imagine my disappointment when more than half of my food is missing. I ordered 2 box combos and 2 chicken sandwich combos with additional breads and sauces. I was only able to eat the chicken sandwich combos and the rest were not even in the bag. Neither were my utensils or napkins. Fries soggy too from being in the box. Very disappointed and no easy way to contact for help.Business response

Good evening, my friend and I decided to go through the drive through on 03/25/2024, and weve been to this location several times and never had any issues. This time however, my order was taken and when I want to the first window to pay, I was ignored for approximately 7 minutes. There were three employees at the first window talking and completely ignoring me. This interaction got so completely out of control, that four of the other cars behind me started honking, screaming, and cursing at me as if I were the one holding up the line. The girl at the window had short hair and a lime green drive thru crew t-shirt on and only finally looked at me to complain about the multiple people behind me honking. She then waved me off and pointed to the second window, without any sort of urgency or concern over what I was experiencing as a customer. When I get to the second window, ******* said he had tried to get my attention, but this was not the case. My friend had been watching the second window and had not seen anyone try to wave us down or let us know to skip the first window. When I got to the second window I expressed my frustration about the employee ignoring me at the first window for 7 minutes, and ******* just said Wow, before handing me my food and telling me to have a good night. This entire experience was nothing short of aggravating and traumatic, given the carelessness of the staff and the anger and aggression directed at me from the other customers because of it. I understand this is a fast food restaurant and nothing is perfect, but there is difference between being busy and being careless. The three people at the first window were all having a conversation for 7 minutes and did not once look to see if someone was waiting at the window or why people behind me were cursing and yelling at me. I am rejecting this response because: I appreciate the timely response, but Im a bit disappointed that I was only offered a gift card for taking on such a horrible experience. I hope that this complaint does it get sent up and that the staff are trained again. I have severe anxiety and will not be returning to this location after such an incident.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I requested more than just a verbally apology and a coupon for a free meal (that I wont be using). I would not like any more contact from this company if all Im going to get is Im sorry. I do not accept this as resolving the issue whatsoever. As someone who works for a multi-billion dollar company as well, there are so many other ways this couldve been resolved. My patience is gone, and I would not like to be contacted again and I do not accept this resolution. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this location with both friends and family since theyve opened and its sad that a proper response or resolution was not given to me.Initial Complaint

On 4Apr2024 8 of my co-workers and myself ordered online Raising Cane. All 8 of us ordered 3 piece chicken fingers. Also, there was a request for chicken sauce. I also requested for ketchup and hot sauce. Our office is less than a mile from the military exchange where Raising Cane is located. We returned to the office to find there was no condiments, no straws for our drinks and the chicken sauce that cost extra was nowhere to be found. As each of us opened the meal we were very disappointed to find that we had received a kids portion of fries and that the fries were cold. I attempted to call the restaurant and let them know how dissatisfied we were with the meal. The manager offered us 2 meals to replace 8. I responded stating we wanted a refund. I was told I needed to call corporate. I have called corporate 2 times and never talked to anyone. I received another call in which this person stated are you finish so I can talk now. I said go ahead. Next thing I heard was her hanging up on me. I called back asked for the manager a young lady informed me bluntly No. We tried to correct the problem and you talked about how inadequate the service was. Yes I did. This young lady identified herself as ****** (area leader) also identifying ******* and **** as the other 2 employees in which I spoke to and so rudely hung up on me. I again asked to speak with the manager. ****** said No and hung the phone up in my ear. Just like your other employee. Listening to the conversation was 5 of my co-workers that paid for their meal. We too have customer service backgrounds and would never disrespect a customer. Your staff is a reflection of you. I am a Disabled American Veteran wondering how others are being treated.Business response

The brand new Raising Cane in ************* Is horrible the customer service is not good the management is very combative.This location needs to be re evaluated for the management they are not trained in customer service properly. I stopped at raining canes to buy dinner for my girls and my wallet with my passport, social security security card , debit card, credit cards, health cards and live cash was stolen.A police report was made at the ************ police station.The management did a solutely nothing to resolve this matter even though there were 5 cameras running in the resturant.I feel violated my rights were walked on , As the customer i felt like i was the criminal .I hope no one ever shops there again if you cant trust them with your wallet how can you trust them with your FOOD.Business response
