            ordered a car part from ************. Was told the part would be in the next day. Was charged ********. The next day called to come in to have part installed, manager ******* said it would be the next day. Waited for the next day and called and was told again it would be the next day. We waited and the next time she again said it would be the next day. We were now out of time to have the part installed due to a trip, so we asked to cancel the order and get a refund. They refunded $1,193.02, shorting me $100. The manager ******* said she did not know why it was not a full refund but may be a fee involved. I asked her to have the owner call me so I could get the remainder of the refund. None ever came. I made several calls, day after day asking for the owner to contact me, which never happened. I have also contacted the credit card company. I just received in my spam mail a letter from the owner with a 'cease and dessist' , threatening to call my employer (who is not related to this issue). Again, I have not been contacted any other time by the owner or manager in regards to the $100 owed me. Document attached with details.

            Think twice about using them for your truck. I have had a horrible experience with this company. I paid for a bed cover months ago and as of now i find out its not on order. This is after I paid money upfront. The first problem is they ordered the wrong cover only to find out the one I wanted cost another ***** dollars. Second I paid the ***** dollars over 8 weeks ago and still no cover. Last the lady at the desk says as of today its still not ordered and this is after the owner himself was going to take care of seeing about my order. They have over $2,000.00 dollars of my money and still no bed cover. If you are like me trying to customize your truck you should take your business elsewhere !!Scale **** they get -10. ??
