      I placed an order for a bench band on 12-1-2022 as a Christmas gift for my husband. On the bench daddy website they promise shipping within five days. I paid the extra fourteen dollars shipping to make sure it arrived in time. I paid $ 101.33 and was given order number r693767361. Two weeks passed and I repeatedly emailed the company with no reply, until December 14th when I received an apology from bench daddy saying my order would ship that day. When you check the usps tracking number ************************** it says that it never shipped. I want my order ASAP or a refund. Thanks

      12-1-2022 Transaction ***************** My Girlfriend Ashley D************************************************** We ordered a bench shirt from Bench Daddy in mid December 2022. It is now 2 WEEKS LATER I ordered a simple bench press band that they told me would ship within the week and we still have not received the item. We have contacted them several times by email and have also tried by phone with no response. I have sent several emails, Facebook and Instagram messages only to be ignored.

      Ordered a Bench Daddy************************************* on Oct. 30,2022, just like most of the complaints here Paid for Priority Mail shipping, haven't received item, called, they never answer, did get a auto reply text and they said it would be shipped the week of Nov 14th, still haven't received, although the funds were taken out of my account right away. Sadly I read on some of their replies that they provided that these were claims coming from their "competitor" well, I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH SAID COMPETITOR, I am just a fan of their product, my previous bench daddy stretched and I decided to reorder because I really like it but I am extremely dissapointed with their business practices and customer service, a month and you have taken my money and not shipped the item?       We ordered a bench shirt from Bench Daddy in mid December 2021. It is now April 2022 and we still have not received the item. We have contacted them several times by email and have also tried by phone with no response.

      We placed an order on January 29th, 2022. The order number is: **********. We looked at the return policy of the items before ordering and the items could be returned at the time. We got the items in and we kept what we needed and what fit, but returned part of the order, including a Gold Killer B Bench shirt for $149.99 and a green Killer B bench shirt for $199.99. Per the return policy online, we emailed the company first to get a return confirmation and they ever answered us back. So, we went ahead and shipped these two items back to meet the criteria for the return policy of returning the items within 10 days. We have reached out via phone, leaving several voicemails, and also emailed the company, in which we haven't gotten ANY response back.       I placed a order back on Feb24th it is now Mar 16th. I have made numerous attempts by emails and by phone no response at all! I'm highly upset with the company and the company's customer service! All I wanted was my order and to get some kind of update when it will arrive. They got my order I purchased with debit card and all I got was the order confirmation. All I want is my order and an update when it will arrive!

      On 2-10-22 I ordered 2 Black Fold-Less Killer B Bench shirts Order # RXXXXXXXXX from BenchDaddy.com. I made sure that I did USPS Priority Mail Express because in their Terms their shipping policy states "Order may take up 2-5 business days to process before shipping. If you receive any discount, use a coupon or select free shipping method it can take up to 10 business days before shipping. This is due to increased volume during a sale or special occasion." However as of today I have not had any updates. I have called everyday for the past week with no answer and have also left voice mails with no returned call. I even emailed them several times with no response. I made sure to do a read receipt to make sure they were getting the emails and they read them. I then tried to even fax them on 2-25-22 and got no response. I paid the express shipping because my son is headed to a regional meet and his old bench shirt is torn and not usable. I would just like to have my items but at this rate there is no way it will be here by Monday for the Regional Meet. Unfortunately this is one of the few places that carries/makes THSPA approved bench shirts.

      We ordered the Double Ply Gold (STIFF 300 series) on February 8th; order #RXXXXXXXXX from Bench Daddy online. We received an email that they received our order and would send another email when the item shipped. On February 9th, they charged our credit card for $87.34. I have emailed them 3 times and called twice and have never received a response. I would like someone to get an answer for us. Are they going to ship this and if so, when. If not, then please refund our money so we can order elsewhere. Thank you.
