            Have called and sent the message below with no reply from business.I came into your place of business on Tuesday, 2/21/23 approximately 8:30-9:00 AM. I requested an oil change which was carried out by your employees quickly, and I was very grateful for that. I paid the $75 and left to continue on to work. I had driven approximately 10 miles when I heard a very loud noise and could feel something banging around below my feet and seat. I re-routed and went to ********************* in ********, **. At first glance you can see there is definitely something messed up on the undercarriage of my car as it's almost touching the concrete when sitting still. The dealership took my car and put it on a lift to see what was going on. They found that my skid plate had either not been put back on or had been done so very poorly and it was gone. In addition to the skid plate being completely gone the metal surrounding where the skid plate should go was very twisted and bent. I have called your business and not received any calls back and I have also attempted to contact you using your 'contact me' on your website. I understand that mistakes are made and I would have given your business the benefit of the doubt if I had received a return phone call wanting to settle this very easily. I want to know what you are prepared to do in order to make this right. I am asking only for what the dealership would charge me and a refund for the oil change that caused all this. If it had not have been for the oil change I received from your place of business I would not be needing my vehicle repaired.I have invoice copies from your business, quote from ********************* for repairs and pictures of the damage taken by the Dealership. I also have a short video with the noise and the contact of the road with the metal that was hanging off of my vehicle's undercarriage.
