      Been going on for months where Wi-Fi keeps resetting itself over and over again. There hasn’t been a full day where it just stays on and sometimes it stays off for days and I’m paying monthly. Feels like speed slowed down as well. My major complaint is the first one. I’ve been a loyal customer for going on 3 years now.

      Good Afternoon,

      Upon reviewing the complaint a courtesy call was placed to ************ Our customer had not ever reported the issues on hand to our department.  We immediately issued a trouble ticket dispatching a technician to his home. We did find the problem replaced the equipment at no cost to him. Explained our hours of operation for our technical support who are readily available to assist and the additional resources available to him. 

      A follow up call was initiated after the technician visit. Confirmation from customer all services have been working properly and  pleased with the outcome.
