5 starsUsing Green Leaf Air was the best decision I ever made for my home.The sales process was friendly, professional, and personal. They did a great job evaluating my home, and made the best recommendations.Their pricing was more than fair, and they have the absolute best warranty in the market.I would absolutely use them again; and I appreciate ****, ******, ****** and their installation crew for their service. 5 starsAt a time when an air conditioner is so important to have during the summer, I was able to get a Trane Air Conditioner Unit from Greenleafair.com. The prices they had on their internet site are the best prices that I was able to find which includes installation. They were true to the prices on their site. Had three quotes before but they were all most twice the price for the same unit that Greenleaf had. ****, **** and ****** were awesome and outstanding with customer service. The ************************ crew that came to install the unit was lead by ******. did an outstanding and awesome job. If your air conditioning is 10 year are more, I highly recommend that you consider Greenleaf Air for you next air conditioning unit. They are an awesome company.Review fromDouglas P

Replaced old HVAC system with new Trane XR15 A/C with variable speed blower XV80 furnace. I had done some initial research but Rick pointed me in a different direction and I am very grateful he did. This is a much better choice than the more expensive solution I was looking at and saved me a considerable amount of money. The installation team did an excellent job installing and were very punctual. They went out of their way to test everything and make sure it was working within specs before finishing. I was extremely happy with the installation and service this team supplied. This was a great company to do business with, they had the best price, excellent recommendations, and perfect installation. 5 starsWell, my experience is very different than those on this website. From the time I called Green Leaf Air my dealings have been very professional and honest. I was able to work with Rick, the service manager, and he offered me some good advice . I am not an expert in the AC business but i have done a lot of research over the years because of owning a business myself with 56 AC units running year round. I have learned what to look for and also what is true from some sales people. I will say I have listened to some crazy claims and wild promises. I can usually tell if they are either ignorant of the units or just lying. So with all that said, Rick and his key installer David provided a great unit, a good installation and a fair price. Believe me when i say their price is fair. I had several bids and most were for what i consider junk systems. I had a Comfort Maker, Bryant, Rheem and a couple other junk manufactures bids and they were all the same price or higher than the TRANE system from GLA. In talking to 3 companies they all tried to say that TRANE was out of stock and that units will take 6 months to get. Then they would say that they have some pull to get units but the prices will be a whole lot more. Then they would price the TRANE for an outrageous price, which I already knew was a ripoff. I was very disappointed with most of the AC companies that claim to be honest and best at what they did because their business practices did not show that to me in their pricing. I am very happy and sold on Green Leaf Air and Rick. I know some others had complaints but I now question their claims against GLA. I had such a good experience that I have already begun the process of buying another system from them if the price is in line with my first purchase. I will let you know in my next review. I hope your experience is as good as mine has been. I believe if you deal with people honestly, not demand and threat I find companies will do the right thing.Review fromJen R

1 starMy wife and I wanted to replace our AC unit and made a decision to also change the furnace at the same time. The price seemed good at GLA, however this company has been nothing but a headache to deal with. This installation was done in Aug 2021.The installer had attitude problem and continued installation in the rain. I am not sure if the refrigerant full. Also the installer after we complained not installing the unit correctly would show up to the house and entered property without our knowledge. GLA was to provide a system check for us this March and I am not able to get a hold of them. The inspector did not pass the installation due to few issues. Somehow two months later the inspection was passed without the inspector checking the unit in my attic. I ca not have GLA answer my calls to correct the mess they performed during the initial installation. I am not sure if GLA is still in business as they do not answer my calls/emails. I have reached out to Trane to recommend a new inspector/installer to correct the errors of GLA installation.Review fromRichard F

May 5, 2022 Update-The plan was for Green Leaf Air to provide a HVAC system checkup /maintenance in April for my August install (According to their installer). I attempted to contact GLA more than 20 times the past month with no luck. I am not sure if the original installer properly filled my newly installed system with refrigerant (Also as you see on the photo the original install had many unresolved issues), Initially approached Green leaf because of the low prices for Trane Gas System. The Service horrible and the city inspector failed the install. I am still awaiting for the correction, but not sure if Rick will send the new installer to fix the errors (The install was done in August).Green Leaf Air

Most of the time we respond to a customer complaint, we address the issue, are open to see any misunderstanding, and try to correct it. In this case, there is no misunderstanding - only a customer that time and time again demands extra work or services at no charge, and threatens us with bad reviews when we do not give into his threats.
1) There was no agreement for a maintenance check in April. Maintenance checks are an additional fee, which the customer knew. But he still threatened us with a bad review if we didn't come perform a maintenance check for free.
2) He says he attempted to contact us, the truth is he has been sending threatening text messages. We refuse to be blackmailed by him.
3) The photos he has posted are not photos of the work that we did. He is showing photos of his other system that is in bad shape.
4) At least he is right about our low prices. We have the best prices, and provide top quality service... unless someone is trying to blackmail us to get free work done.
5) He complains of our service, but our installer told us what was really going on when he was trying to do work for the customer.
6) The install passed inspection. The customer knows this and has proof his install passed inspection with the city.
7) We offered several times last November and December to come to an agreement with the customer, and to send a different technician to him at that time to resolve any issues he had. He refused our offer, instead he and his wife both chose to post one star fake reviews about us online. Now, after 5 months, he has started harrassing us again.
8) There are no errors with our install. The install passed city inspection and everything was working fine the last time we were at the customers house.
Additional comments:
The customer posted under a fake name and email address.
He and his wife have posted other negative reviews on other websites, some under fake names.
This customer is in Houston, not in Dallas. But he chose to post on the Dallas BBB site.

I believe the reviews and complains (and the ratings) regarding the Green leaf Air speaks for themselves.
I am the customer and was bullied by this company to write positive review.
I have recordings of my conversations with the installer (*****, I believe no longer with the company) and **** (the manager).
I am not ok with ***** entering my property (twice) without my knowledge. I have installed lock on my back entrance. I had to call another company to test my refrigeration system.

Green Leaf Air goes the extra mile to take care of our customers. Even in this case, we did extra work the customer requested, that was never paid for. We have never attempted to bully anyone for any reason. The customer says we entered his property without his knowledge, but he did know that we were coming out, yet he was not home when we arrived, so we went into his backyard to perform the extra work he was demanding. We never went inside his house when he was not home, just into the backyard. He had to call another company to service him, because we could no longer perform work for someone that refused to pay us for it. Thank you for taking the time to read our response. The reviews speak for themselves at 2 out of 5 rating. The Technician from green Leaf Air was let go according to the company when they first serviced me. Green Leaf Air manager even told me they had issues with the technician (Short fuse and refused to tie down the unit for safety) but they kept him on for months until many more people complained. I have videos of the technician entering my property without my knowledge. I hope the technician does not return! There was a piece of foam left on top of the copper lines (That is what Greenleaf air calls correction the install errors) I have a note from the city inspector with all the flaws of the install. The inspection failed and then 20 days alter after I complained to the City somehow without any corrections made Green leaf Air called me and said the inspection now passed. I have records of all my communications with Green Leaf Air and the City Inspector note. I was told by the city inspector to try and use a better service provider in the future),
I kept receiving calls from Rick the manager to bully me into writing a good review (I have recording of that too).
I am in talks with Trane (The HVAC Manufacturer) about Green Leaf Air, Trane has excellent products and recommended a better installer to help me with my current and future HVC needs.
Also be aware Greenleaf Air forced me to pay for the Trane product and services before installation. That was the first red flag for.us.
